I come here often and order a BK kids meal. I always ask for FRESH cooked fries. They ALWAYS TELL ME that their fries are “fresh anyway”. They NEVER fail to give me whatever fries are warm and cooked whenever. At this location, you can never “have it your way”. They make you take your food order order their way and that speaks volumes about the level of customer service deliverables. But yet, the price doesn’t decrease when you can’t eat the hard, cold and stale fries that you’re charged for but can’t eat. I hate this location. They need training on what “have it your way” actually means.

My brother and I had gotten the HTTYD meal, which, was in full honestly awesome. However. At the drive through they had an AI taking the orders which had been incredibly frustrating and made all of us rather upset as it was difficult to communicate for us.

The employees were friendly and helped us place our order accurately meeting all of our dietary needs and exclusions. They were very mindful of food allergies and made sure that we would get our food exactly how we wanted it.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was made well and cooked to order. It had a great taste. High quality and reliable standards. The fries were crispy and the Whopper and chicken sandwiches were cooked to perfection. Everything was hot and fresh.
I am consistently impressed by this location. Every time I come into the restaurant it looks spotless clean. All of the tables and chair are wiped and the floor is freshly mopped. The restrooms are even clean and smell good.
Coming to this location is always a good experience and my family is always happy to eat here. I highly recommend patronizing this restaurant. This location in particular is very well managed and well staffed. The people who work here are very nice and provide great customer service.

In drive through sat and waited 10 minutes workers gave me the felling like I was bothering them. Very rude at window took a total of 15 min just to get 2 burgers. Staff getting 20 an hour and can’t be bothered to get off their phone to work.
