They make you set in drive thru while they get the car at window completely done before taking your order. They are super slow and always mess my order up. They are very rude including the lady manager. Then they pull me up and they bring my hot food out and not my shakes. I sit for another 5 minutes no one brings my shakes. I go in and the manager has no idea what shakes I’m talking about cuz someone deleted my order off the screen. Will not go to this DQ again. I will only go to the DQ on Etna. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It’s not that hard. I worked here before and was never ran like this. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Love the owner to get a hold of me.

I love the whole crew at this DQ. And today took it up to a 6 star. I gave Tiffany a 50 dollar bill thinking it was a 20 for a 19.25 purchase and told her not to worry about the rest,walked to the freezer to get my delicious cupcakes and she let me know I gave her a 50. Awesome crew.

The food is usually always fine and place is usually empty but the last couple times have been horrendous customer service and have experienced some down right disrespectful individuals. Starting with the employee named Nick. I placed my order for a 6 piece chicken strip basket and said thank you ma am and they got furious because it wasn’t their correct pronouns and absolutely refused to serve me after that and went into their little office room thing. The other person was outside smoking at the time. The other problem is with a lady named Kendra, i came in one morning around lunch and she seemed like she was half asleep or on something as she couldn’t hold a conversation for nothing and even acknowledged I was there ready to order, she still went outside and sat out there with head nodding and passing out almost, i think she needs to be drug tested or

Working in town and have been coming here to eat in drive through, most days service is good, couple time same woman running the window was extremely rude and disrespectful. I come to give this small town restaurant business and get treated like I’m a burden because you have to do your job! Blows my mind I would fire her on the spot, or not let her work the front period. I will not be coming back and it’s a shame cause I like the food and most of the workers were excellent on a few separate occasions, taller lady with a bun is awesome and the guy with cowboy boots is great too, but younger lady blond hair has a serious attitude problem and should not be working with the public! I will be contacting the store to get hold of the owner personally! On top of that I never received a receipt the two time this lady served me at the window on two separate dates . Not a crazy big deal but what is it to much for her to do the job she’s paid to do. I won’t be returning and I suggest others find else where to dine at or drive through in Huntington Indiana.

Mid food, trash music, incredibly understaffed, like where are the employees? We were the only ones in the building and they still took 5+ minutes before anyone pulled up to the counter. It’s also overpriced. The ice-cream cones are microscopic and poorly made. I’m surprised I even came here with my broke ahhhh budget. I did have a coupon though which didn’t take down the price too much. If I had 3 wishes from a genie I would ask for this place to have less expensive food by 3 dollars, to have better quality food, and to have some good church music!!

ot a banana split and it was grey and just mush with black on it and I went up said I was sorry but it tasted bad and they told me that the bananas are just like that which I understand them being a little brown but this was bad and we paid 6.41 and was just offered only a cone. I just wanted a banana split I feel like they could have just remade it maybe it was just a bad pick of the bunch other then that it was ok.

Unfortunately the small town effect in local eateries does not exist here. Sad thing is I’m from Huntington. This use to be the place! Remodel is lacking seating/homy feel. It’s noon and we have chairs up still, pop station is out of lids, ketchup, out of food like onion rings, and restaurant is dirty. Two managers stay in the office on their phones while the two crew are behind. Food was barely warm for two hamburgers and I didn’t get my cheese curds. Can’t ask for a remake cause two crew are busy.
Very unfortunate, I run 4 restaurants. I can’t understand how you’re making money at this point. 4 bad reviews in the last 24 hours. There’s something wrong here!!!!!!!!!
Update 2 months later-
Just came into town. Got a medium royal cheese cake blizzard and a Peanut butter Shake. Both were thin as milk, two managers on staff and two younger kids. Manager bouncing off the walls. The manager made the shakes and served us. It’s 5pm. 4-5 guest including drive thru in the last hour. Didn’t get to eat my blizzard, and the peanut butter shake did not taste right. Manager watched me bring it back in and throw it away still full. Need to look into this staff. They are not sober!!!
I tried to give this place another chance. Look at these one star reviews!!!!!!
Better to go to the other DQ or travel out of town

Not recommend. DQ is great, but not at this location because the service is far below par. Hot food served cold. Staff simply doesn’t have any form of standard, everything behind the counter looks like a mess, two people in the same experience seemed agitated that they had to take my order. I have said multiple times I won’t go back to this location and 4 out of the 5 times I do, I’m reminded why I made that decision and leave wondering why I gave them another chance.
