At one time was a nice DQ. Back to back visits very disappointing. This time we received charred burgers as the pics show. So charred it left marks on our lips. And the fishy tasting onion rings were horrible. Its went so down hill!!

I spend almost 25 dollars on 2 meals.
The 4 piece basket: The fries were not done, i could tell they were taken out of the fryer before the timer was up. The chicken was old and hard, it was not burnt but you could tell they it had been sitting under a heater for awhile. Lastly, the gravy was brown and burnt.
The burger meal: On the burger there was so much mustard on the burger it was horrid. The fires were just the same as the chicken basket undercooked.
I have worked at a Dairy Queen and I know the cook times and the food protocols, and I suggest that you guys take a good look at this store and put it under new management and weed out the employees. Since obviously they do not care about customers nor your business. Best of luck.

It’s Dairy Queen—you know what you’re getting. Not great, not terrible. The ice cream can be hit or miss; sometimes, it’s the perfect creamy treat, and other times, it’s a little too icy or melts too fast. The Blizzards are usually solid, but every now and then, they skimp on the mix-ins, which is a letdown. The service varies depending on the location and time of day—some visits are quick and friendly, while others feel like you’re waiting in line for an eternity.
As Dr. Ian Malcolm said in Jurassic Park, “Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.” That’s kind of how I feel about some of their seasonal flavors—just because you can make a pumpkin spice Blizzard doesn’t mean you should. But hey, if you’re craving a soft-serve cone or a nostalgic trip through the drive-thru, DQ will do the job.

Just horrible spent 50 dollars for the family and they missed a cheeseburger fries charged us for 3 blizzards not even the correct ones we asked for anyway by the time everything was sorted out I had 3 melted blizzards and they spilled all over my car because the damn cups are made of cardboard

In the past we have veen very disappointed at this dairy queen. The bun was hot and it was clear things had been microwaved. The fries were soggy instead of crispy and it just wasn’t very quality. Although customer service was good it didn’t make us want to go back. But the kids wanted to go today and we were pleasantly surprised and loved every bite of our food! The fries were fresh and crisp and not soggy. The hamburgers we had were clearly fresh and not microwaved. Everything was top tier! I would recommend them now and look forward to returning in the future. Whatever changes they’ve made to make these changes, keep it up!
