I went to Dairy Queen today to order food for myself and my children during a snowstorm. Despite the weather, my kids were asking for Dairy Queen, so I decided to go. When I got home and opened the food, two of the sandwiches were incorrect, and I was given a mini Blizzard instead of the size I paid for.Like any reasonable customer, I immediately called the store to report the issue. The manager I spoke with, Joanne, told me it was a system error on their end and said the order would be remade. She did not mention any requirement to bring the incorrect food back. Later that evening, around 7 p.m., I called again to confirm before driving back out in the snowstorm, and once again I was told the order would be remade. Still, no one mentioned that the food needed to be returned. When we arrived to pick up both the remake and an additional order we placed, the employee at the window told us they were refusing to remake the incorrect order, claiming the manager said we had to bring the food back. This was never communicated to us. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff argued with us and implied we were lying even though we had spoken to two different employees who confirmed the remake.
To make matters worse, they then refused to give us the separate order we had already paid for, and we had to argue just to receive that food. This entire situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We paid for correct food and were treated poorly for a mistake that was not ours.Mistakes happen, but refusing to honor a confirmed remake, arguing with customers, and denying paid for food is not acceptable. Management sets the tone for a store, and based on this experience, I do not believe this location is being managed appropriately.

Well this was my 1st visit at this location and it’s my last!! Went into the drive thru, was the only one at the speaker, no one was in front of me. Place my order, went to the window took my money, and they said pull up for your order, waited a long time it seems, got my food, went to my office just 2 mins away, the burger was ice cold, and the blizzard I got was all watery. Not thick at all, I literary drank it like water. Spent $5.69 for a small blizzard. What a waste and a joke. If I’m the owner I would be irritated. Won’t go back now because of the 3 strikes your out!! Excessive wait, cold hamburger and water down shake!! Come on already! See pics. It was cool out, 74 degrees. So it wasn’t an outside temp issue either.

The service in the drive thru was amazing. Shout out to the girl who was working it. Whoever made my Oreo cheesecake blizzard. Props because that was the best one I have ever had! Perfection!

I don’t recommend this location because they will cancel your order on DoorDash for no reason. I’ve had food ordered with everything being available, and they canceled the whole order for no reason.

I ordered a Lg peanut butter cup Blizzard with extra peanut butter cup stuff at 1:51:28 on 4-11-25 thru the drive-thru. (DT40)
What I received was a vanilla Blizzard with not even enough peanut butter cup in it to even color it. Now granted they didn’t charge me for the extra ( I didn’t find this out until I returned home) but, it should have tasted like what I had ordered.
Frustrated with slackers and half-assers…

$21 for a double cheeseburger meal and a medium blizzard is nuts. Also food was less than impressive. Only ate half and threw the rest away. Employees were complaining about pay while I was waiting on my order also.

Traveling through and stopped to get lunch. Did not eat there because I went to the restroom right away, and one of the employees was in there and walked out without washing his hands. Grabbed the family and left right away.

We went through the drive through to get a couple of blizzards. The small Blizzard costs $5.79! I do t think we will go back for a blizzard anytime soon. That was pretty expensive. And the person didn’t get our order correct. My husband ordered a medium blizzard but wound up with a small one. At least we were charged correctly. It was just kind of expensive.
