A very solid and consistent experience with this location, always well above average!
Dined in for dessert and both our treats were better than expected! Thank you!
Keep up the great work!

This Dairy Queen is amazing every single time! The restaurant is always clean, well-run, and welcoming, but what really stands out is the staff. The employees are friendly, hardworking, and go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. Orders are made quickly and correctly, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Whether it’s a quick stop for ice cream or a full meal, the service is consistently excellent. This location truly sets the standard for great customer service — highly recommend!

This is THE best DQ. Not only is the food always amazing….. but the staff is incredible! The owners go above and beyond all the time. They constantly are active in the day to day service and the community! I will forever recommend this establishment.

We stopped coming to this DQ because they skimp on all toppings and quality. For what you pay, customers should definitely receive a better product. We gave them another try to see if things had improved – nothing has. We ordered our usual and our items were majority ice cream with hardly any toppings. Even the photos on DQ website show them with more toppings. We spoke to the manager and she did nothing to accommodate us. We didn’t even receive a receipt to be able to voice a concern on their website for customer feedback since one is required to submit it. Do better DQ, care about your product and customers.

While ordering the staff cut us off and I was not able to complete our order. The shake was nothing but a glass full of chocolate ice cream. The window staff couldn’t speak or say thank you, just held everything side ways out the window. I drove 20 miles before ice cream in the shake melted enough to drink it. Customer experience goes a long way. I certainly have to say your staff needs training with how to respect customers

I went to DQ a few night ago with my two girls just to order some shakes and a strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard and let me tell yall…IT WAS SCRUMPTIOUS!! These employees filled my little cup all the way up and then some!! (I even took a photo) I loved the employees attitudes. I never have any issues but then again I have only been a couple of times in the past 4 months. I really have no complaints. I mean look at these pictures of the above and beyond service I recieved!

So this is how you serve someone’s food? Then when I called and asked for a manager what I’m guessing is a high schooler answers the phone with a hello. I had to ask for his name because it was obvious he wasn’t going to offer it to me like a “manager” would. He proceeds to tell me that it looks like dog food because they have to check if the chicken is actually cooked. High school or not stop joking around over the intercom while you’re taking orders. I was these kids age once but I took my jobs seriously cause I never wanted to get in trouble for goofing off. When you’re at work you should have fun. But don’t let it affect your job or inconvenience patrons. Don’t think it’s worth another try at all.

DQ on Calumet is our cake go to. Courtney is a gem to work with. She never disappoints to bring our cake inspirations to life, making each birthday a bit sweeter ♥️

Most times it’s good food. Dealing with 12 year olds taking your order and making your food is tough sometimes when they have attitude. Today apparently they messed up another girls order and her 3rd attempt thru drive thru, they either got it right or she gave up (hear everything next in line). I paid for 3 items and when I pulled up they gave me 2. I asked for my 3rd paid item and she was clearly annoyed to get me my 3rd but did. Kinda…. $3.00 for a plain Sunday is crazy enough but because she was annoyed with previous person I got shorted and I got her attitude… I’ll add a pic. Ps… I only buy the Sunday because REGULARLY if I buy the $1.20 pup cup it’s barely a splash in the bottom of a cup. It’s never offered, except one time, and paying $1.20 for a 10cent item seems dumb. So $3.00 for a sundae seems to feel better, at least till today. Smh. Kids suck. I feel for the owner cause he seems nice and tries, but only so much you can do with staffing options I guess. Also, it was VERY slow,, Only one vehicle when I pulled in and it took em 3 tries with her… idk
