Horrible experience. This place needs major clean up, remodel, and NEW management. You can’t really expect much when you have a bunch of teenagers running a restaurant with zero guidance. The customer in front of us had his ordered messed up twice. The counter where the desserts were being prepared was dirty and disgusting. I think I only saw one worker wearing gloves. I honestly wonder when is the last time the health department checked this place out.The only reason I stuck around was because I had already paid for my blizzard.

Twice I’ve come here and twice is the worse food. It actually taste like they are giving out old food. Throw it away and order fresh food! I get why the reviews are so low here. PLEASE STAY AWAY. There are other locations within 10ish minutes of this place that serve superior food. I cant post the smell of the food but here is a picture of my burger before I throw it away and go get subway. Asked for no tomatoes, got lucky gotna bonus no sauce and no lettuce!

Placed a mobile order for pickup after the hours the have posted online for when they are open, I arrive at 1015 to pickup my order and the restaurant is still closed after their posted hours, update your hours online if they aren’t correct so you don’t have any situation like this.

Over 30 minutes in the drive thru for one blizzard. They handed me the wrong one at the window and I immediately handed it back and said it was not the right kind or the right size. I was handed another one that was still wrong! Had to wait another 15 minutes to get a new one!! Will never return here again not for $8 a blizzard and that horrific service! There were 7… I repeat 7 employees inside with only the drive thru open! Every single one of them was just standing there talking and one person was working at the speed of a snail… apparently he has been there less than a week and they are sorry he messed up. No. You are the ones that messed up. Standing and talking, not helping the new kid and laughing at his mistakes! Shame on you!

BUILDING IS IN DISREPAIR! I’VE UPLOADED PICTURES THAT PROBABLY WILL BE HIDDEN BY DEVELOPERS OR A WEBSITE. THE BATHROOM IS A SLIP AND FALL LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN. THE CELING SHINGLES ARE DISPLACED, THE TABELS ARE DIRTY, WE HAD TO CLEAN OUR OWN SPOT, THEY’RE SERVING STRAIGHT FROM A TIN CAN. THE MACHINE’S ARE MALFUNCTIONING. One of these pictures is what a banana split is supposed to look like the rectangular tray in the other picture is what I got charged almost $9 for. No chocolate no pineapples no whipped cream, I can barely afford this and I feel that I just got robbed literally!

Every since this place changed owners it’s gone downhill. From the sudden jump in prices, to the hand dispensed terrible BBQ sauce in little cups. Last burger I got there had salad lettuce on it, there’s absolutely no heat in the dining room, and the floor is constantly sticky. I work close by and used to go here for lunch all the time, and I’m done. To the owner, how cheap can you get. I won’t be around to see.

Do NOT go to this DQ. A week ago I went here because I was passing through and ordered a blizzard and a chicken tender box. The male working the drive thru (African American) handed me my blizzard, and then he dropped the bag of food onto the ground, to which he reached all the way out the window and then gave me that bag of food from the OUTSIDE GROUND. To which he said he could not remake it. He joked about my vehicle being fast in order to avoid the situation. Completely mind boggling. No wonder this place gets 3 stars, it deserves 1.

I’m so sad. I love Dairy Queen, but this particular location is not well resourced. The staff are clearly shoestring scheduled. Every time I come here to get something, I spent at least 15 minutes in the drive thru – even if I’m the only car. Today, I was one of two cars, and waiting over 35 minutes for a sundae. Just a sundae. I’m going to have to go elsewhere.
