The inside is always clean. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy. The problem is I asked for the new flamethrower tenders they said they did not have them so i opted for the buffalo tenders and they gave me regular tenders I did not notice til I got home so I called them to let them know. 3 times I called and no one answered. I went on the website and selected my store it says they do have the flamethrower tenders. And they were 7 dollars and some change. I paid almost 12. I will be returning them in the morning for a refund instead

I’ve been to this location multiple times since ~2021. Every time I order a chicken basket with gravy, there is a 8/10 chance that they forgot the gravy. This is even so when I emphasize or ask for an extra gravy. It’s just kind of disappointing to already be purchasing this overpriced order, be charged for extra gravy, then open the box to see not a single sauce of any kind. I will say the staff are always kind and attentive. The place looks clean. It’s just the dang gravy, man…

We ordered the chili cheese and onion hot dogs and extra thick pineapple shakes. The hot dogs didn’t seem like they were cooked all the way the chili was kind of nasty not much cheese or onions. The service was pretty good, but our extra thick shakes just melt it right away and was like milk with pineapple chunks. There again the service was pretty good and yeah I will probably go back.

We went there tonight it was kinda “busy” doors were locked early. We ordered food they read back our order and once we got our food they states “we didn’t charge you for two only one” when clearly through the drive thru you stated “two” also lady in the window was really rude and very unprofessional. This isn’t the first time we get expired food last time we had to return our ice cream and get a refund because the blizzards and shakes where expired now today our sauces are expired and food is disgusting and we found hair in our food we always have a problems coming to this location we will not be returning !

Instead of cancelling my order they sent my order to 4 different delivery drivers and didn’t contact me. Had to cancel the order when the store finally closed and I physically couldn’t get the food.

This is a two visit review. The pics you see here are for the Flame Thrower Grill Burger & bacon cheese burger. Neither sandwich was made correctly and waiting in line over 20 minutes makes the first visit an unfortunate experience.
On the second visit, the person taking orders was “not in the best of moods”, informing us that only one order per car was allowed. “That’s what I said” was his reply when I asked him about this rule.
Between bad attitudes and expensive food being made incorrectly, this location has joined KFC and Steak n Shake in the ranks of my never returning again.
And that is unfortunate as well.

Did you know that if you get a #8 flamethrower combo with a medium blizzard after tax, it’s above 20$? Or you could get 2 large hot and ready pizzas for less. Just odd, you know?
Anyways, the burger was tasty, the fries were perfectly cripsy, and the staff is always wonderful at this location. I understand the economy isn’t the greatest, but $20 seems to last not half as long as other restaurants, especially when I could sit down at olive garden and walk out with a memorable experience and a peaceful evening for about the same price. Corporate pricing is to blame, but not this staff. They’re doing the very best they can with what they have, and it shows beautifully

Sent my boyfriend today to get me a flamethrower meal with no bacon which is exactly what he ordered. He brings my food to my school nd drop it off I go to eat it nd low and behold there is still this bacon on my sandwich which was specifically not asked for nd could make me sick seeing as to how I do not eat pork. I’ve been calling the location for literally over a hour no answer when I personally know this location isn’t that busy to where no one answers the phone for over a hour straight. Hire people who wants to do their job no half do it. Then for the lady in there to keep getting smart like I’m the one in the wrong is crazy.
