I went here at the end of a long day and having eaten nothing. I ordered a rotisserie chicken bites a a triple stacked burger with onion rings. The chicken was still frozen, the fries cold and stale. I moved in the burger only to notice it was missing key toppings… whatever, I bit in: completely stale bun and cold meat. Unreal.

So ridiculously hit or miss here. Yesterday i got a chili cheese dog that was perfect, and super hot. Today, theyre barely warm, half my cheese curds are hard, and my slushy is half melted as theyre handing it to me, IN A CLEAR CUP, like you cant see that thing is melted? In all the years ive ordered the misty, i have NEVER had a melted one handed to me. They hardly acknowledge their customers to even say have a good day, and seemed really annoyed when i asked for a side of ranch. Super disappointing because its the easiest place for me to stop for food quickly if i had a long work day (12+ hours). Such a shame.

Stopped for a burger with onion rings, a couple of sundaes, and a blizzard. I ordered the new Backyard Bacon Ranch Stackburger with rings. I got home and had a double hamburger with tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard with fries. I was so hungry that I just ate what I got. I was really looking forward to trying that new burger and having onion rings. Management really needs to step up their game, and the kids need to pay more attention to the orders they’re making.

Pretty hit or miss, and it’s a very wide gap. Can be a 4* dq or a zero. Today it deserves a zero for serving fries that taste 10 years old and a rude clerk up front. The cooks had to bring my order to me. I’ll give 2 stars because most the time it’s decent and places tend to only receive negative reviews. I will not eat here again.
