I love dairy queen burgers but no matter where we go my sandwiches are cold even after waiting for food. Everything taste amazing and I love the cakes

Good: was hot and fresh and made at time of order not no old stuff
Staff: little slow but they are humans, hard to understand them as their English wasn’t the best.
Cleanness: lobby had few dirty tables, other than that was clean to my liking
Down fall or negativity : the dashers or grub hub people coming in were rude to the workers
I ordered a basket meal with chicken tenders and was offered to upgrade to a blizzard which was nice didn’t know could do that.

Restaurant was very clean, well organized, adequately staffed with a very friendly and helpful crew. The drive thru line was one of the fastest I have seen, for a Dairy Queen. The prices are a bit high, but the food was well worth the time, and money spent.

Waited at least 5 minutes at the speaker until they took our order, ordered 5 treats for the family and had to repeat the order multiple times. When we got to the window we had to repeat the order again and they took the card and had it for like 5-10 minutes. Once we got our treats we only had received 3 out of the 5 treats after we had already repeated it. if i could’ve done 0 stars i would’ve.

It was clean ¬ too long of a wait till they brought our food to us. The ran a deal if we upgraded the meal we got a free drink which I ended up saving .50 & got 2 extra pieces of chicken. really good.

All inexperienced teens running the drive thru so not only is it slow but they will misunderstand you, take things off your order, not even apologize for misunderstanding, then ask if we would like to pay for the food they took off when the bill was already higher than it should’ve been. No receipt given and we were told to have a nice day in a very sarcastic tone. Maybe their cooperate office needs to read these reviews I’m reading. Same issues.

I don’t come to DQ often but I came tonight to get a blizzard. First they flipped it upside down and it fell out of the cup and they put it back up and cleaned it off and gave it to me. The whole cup being still pure liquid when I ordered a Blizzard. Like how is that okay to give someone not what they ordered? I even questioned it and the girl said it was okay. So I just went back around in drive thru taking pics and videos of what I got as a liquid cup for a blizzard. Then they remade me one but they were all giggles and not taking me serious just cause I wanted my blizzard remade. Going to spread the word on the kids here so more don’t order when the young ones are there not taking anyone’s orders seriously

I’ve never had a bad meal from here. Time frames can differ depending on staff but that’s at all restaurants. This trip was quick and the food was hot and delicious, made a great lunch during my busy day.

I randomly stopped in here today and I couldn’t believe how fast and fresh this food was. I work all up and down I 75 and I eat out every Friday and today I experienced the best DQ, I have ever had anywhere, here at this location. The manager K was so professional, and the cooks and team were so fast and you could tell they took pride in their work. The quality of the food blew my mind. Just want to say thanks so much to the team that was working today. Every DQ should run like this one!!!
