I haven’t been to a DQ in a while and, although it’s not exactly exciting, Lee and the other staff were great! Friendly, fast, great service all around. Burger was good and, unlike all other fast-food burgers, it actually looked like the pictures they show on the board and in their commercials!!

The friendliest DQ! My kids were screaming the whole time because it was Naptime but the employees were so kind. Food was fresh and good. They had coke products and quality of everything was great. I wish I could rate the employees themselves because they were extremely patient and polite. Highly recommended for families and anyone!

I am getting a little concerned. The food tastes great but just yesterday two of my family members got sick afterward. In the recent past, one family member got sick. It seems to be when fried food is ate. Has the oil in the fryer been changed? The reason I ask is because the fried foods from this same location in the past never caused an issue.
There is too much small talk between workers about non-related work stuff when customers are standing at the counter needing helped. One day I stood at the counter facing the blizzard making area just to ask a simple question. There were four workers in and around that area and only one worker was actually working. One was even playing with their cellphone. My spouse went up to purchase ice cream yesterday at the register and an elderly customer had walked up to the counter. I almost told my spouse to forget about the purchase because of the amount of time that had went by.

Wrong food given to us as well as the gentleman in front of us. This was easily resolved but could have been easily avoided too.Dirty building inside and out. Bathrooms were gross enough that we decided to go next door and use theirs. Could definitely use a face-lift and/or a deep cleaning.

The food was not good. The chicken was as hard and tasteless as a dog treat, and the chicken basket with fries cost $8.69! This is not quality food. The service was okay, but the staff continuously bad mouthed the local McDonalds restaurant while not with customers. They made fun of and complained openly about the other restaurant. It was a very negative environment.
