We came through the drive thru for supper this night. We waited a bit of time before getting to the window. When we finally pull up, we seen exactly why. There was one person struggling that was working the window, they were clearly in need of help but the other 3 employees wanted to stand next to each other and whisper. It honestly was sad and bad energy. We felt like the one working the window was being mistreated by the other employees. I mean we could clearly see it. Our food wasn’t terrible but the ice cream was awful. It was melted everywhere. We had 4 ice creams, I believe 2 of them were mine that was messed up but we weren’t trying to deal with all that chaos again.

Raw burger?!!?? How much mustard must your employees use on a standard cheeseburger? I asked for mustard, pickle and cheese only. I arrive home and unwrap this mess. Also my fries were rock hard and obviously past their time. Ridiculous service as usual.

Best service of any dairy Queen we have visited in years. So good that after eating here last year on a motorcycle ride , we will travel from Shawnee Ohio to have dairy Queen in new Breman when Shawnee has a dq, but not as good as this one thank you for always making us feel special each an every visit!

Super friendly staff and fantastic food. Came here with my son and was actually surprised by how much seating is available here. We both got burgers and fries and, I have to say, this is probably the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. The flamethrower burger had just the right amount of spice and was the perfect side. My son had just a regular cheeseburger and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back here.

9:15 in the evening there was ice cream all over the floor trash cans running over and a line of people waiting on there stuff! Very short staffed! The boys in there were working as fast as they could …food was fresh

The boys who were working last night was more worried about the group of young girls in there goofing around was more important then taking care of your customers. The floor in the kitchen area was the dirtiest iv ever seen. There was like 5 young men working an if there was a manager he dident care either. Come on Dairy Queen, you can do better. No organization, it was complete chaos.

Blizzard was good, BBQ chicken was warm. Not much BBQ sauce on them. Double cheese was barely warm and fries were just warm, didn’t taste fresh We went through the drive thru. Not real pleased with the experience

Not many people there when we went. Ice cream was delicious. The server even turned my blizzard upside down to show the thickness, like you see in the DQ commercials. . Nice and clean when we were there.
