Everything is great except the drive through. There is a hole that can swallow your entire car and once it in the line, there’s no way out but through it. If you want to visit this dairy queen, save your car repair bill and just go inside. Smh.

If I could give this place zero stars I certainly would. They have a bunch of your children running the business, when I called in to see what cakes they had available I was told to hang on and they never came back, instead transfered me to MINERVA! When I came into the store the children were running around behind the counter cursing, talking about guests who walked in very loudly. It was just not very professional at all and when the manager came out she didn’t take any accountability for the rudeness I experienced from her staff. I don’t recommend getting anything from this store unless you want to be disrespected as the guest.

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen frequently for many years. The employees are all very nice and attentive except for Tyler who is incredibly rude and acts as if the customer is doing him a huge disservice by ordering food. He doesn’t look very clean or sanitary. He also does not act professionally. But Landon and Emilee are incredible Dairy Queen employees. They work very hard and are very diligent, attentive, and clean.

Super slow always wait 20 plus minutes for anything ordered. The other night I waited ten minutes to be told the vanilla ice cream was down and I watched the employees scream at each other in frustration. Very unprofessional and the Ice cream melts super fast and tastes terrible at that point. It’s a shame that’s the only ice cream place to choose from in town. Please Dairy Queen pick up the slack and fix yourself..
