I have ordered this burger 3 times already. If you like so soft buns, onion rings, bacon, cheese, and beef, then there is only 1 word to describe this burger, BOMB.
Backyard Bacon Ranch Stackburger.
Everytime I order it, they serve it to me freshly made. I believe this is why it’s so good when I receive it. Every now and then, i add puckle, lettuce and tomatoes for some veggies it’s still good, but taste better without it. Normally i go on my lunch, and the wait is not long. Also the workers are always nice and friendly to me.

I’ve been going to Dairy Queen since I was a KID! My grandpa used to take me to the old fashion ones since I could remember, I will never ever be spending money with this company again! Because of the way these two young goofy girls treated me. I came to Dairy Queen about a week ago and they never flipped my blizzard, I said sir sorry you didn’t flip my blizzard and the young boy at the window was super nice and went and handed me a TOKEN, said to come back to this location for a FREE BLIZZARD. I tried to redeem that today , they come back to the window stating it’s for a free cone ???????? Like huh ??? Yall gave me the token so that’s going to be $11 and some change for your order ? I’m confused, the two young girls have the WORST attitudes of anybody who’s ever worked at Dairy Queen before. So I took pictures of them and I am going to be reporting to general management , corporate and whoever they escalate me to because people literally don’t want to be nice at customer service anymore it’s crazy it’s like having respect for customers and understanding isn’t required? Young people make it so hard so go get food because they hate their jobs. Then one of them proceeded to say go home to your kids your old, first off I’m 26 and have no kids so yeah I hope they got all this on camera so I can post it ! Hopefully they both lose their jobs ! Need to learn to watch they mouths in the real world, they won’t get far in life.

We went through the DT around 3:00 on Saturday afternoon. Ordered 4 piece chicken strip basket with a medium banana shake. Small misty slushy and a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard.
The person taking our order over the speaker hardly sounded like they were even awake. Flat and not welcoming. Kept rushing me by asking, “anything else” every time I said something.
Person at the window was awake but no greeting, just a hand out for my payment.
No receipt, and no thank you or have a nice day once I had my order. Once home the ice cream part was fine, but the chicken strip were very small, hardly worth the overinflated price for them.
What happened to customer service with a smile? I worked for another DQ, we gave extra chicken strip when they were smaller to make up for the size. My old manager would be sick if reading this review about her store. Do better DQ!

The young man behind the counter was friendly and polite. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries and shakes. Our order was correct and the food was hot. I would recommend this Dairy Queen.

The burgers (even though frozen premade patties) could have been so much better with a better bun! The buns are like eating elastic plastic, horrible. Diary Queen used to use shredded lettuce on the burgers, this location used chopped lettuce, not as good as the shredded lettuce used to be. The staff were friendly and efficient, good staff, down the drain food.

The young heavy set cashier with braided ponytails wasn’t a good greeter, she lacked being friendly. I stepped aside to let someone behind me go next. When that custom left with their food. She came from around the counter, bent down to pickup some papers that were on the floor, in front of the register. She then put the papers in the trash, and proceeded to rub her hands on her hips. INSTEAD OF GOING TO WASH HER HANDS! She started to help the other girls by bagging with the drive thru orders. Instead of asking me have you decided what you’d like to order. I thought that was not sanitary to say the least, while handling people’s food! I walked out and haven’t been back since. When customer come into place food orders they all need to be mindful, of who’s watching them!

i went here with my boyfriend and his family a few times, and every single time we go here there are these girls who always serve us and never know what our online order is. when we went there today around 7pm we had an online order, at first we tried to call a few times to see if they were open and nobody answered the phone. we drove up there and people were inside which is ridiculous because they were NOT busy; nobody was inside (customers). We went in and got our online orders, it was missing so many items and this girl came up to us and asked US what our online order contains and kept saying she didnt get one when it was confirmed on the app AND stated that it was made. we got home and was missing so many things and just now i looked at my burger and there is NOTHING on it!!!! this place is horrible the people who work there are just plain STUPID!!

Ordered food in the drive-thru, whoever was working didn’t give us a receipt until we had to ask, and when I attempted to redeem for my points (for a $30 order) was unable to because I can only assume the workers cashed in my points from my order. That’s absolutely unbelievable and rude, and workers need to be reprimanded for not only asking if the customer would like Their Receipt for Their Order but also cashing in a customer’s points! (I even made sure by going through Dairy Queen to see if I could get my points but was told they were already cashed in). Unlikely to ever visit this location again if this is how customers are treated.

Visited the store recently to pick up a couple of blizzards. As I was giving my order to the lady at the counter she turned around as if to ignore me completely talking to another employee and seemed very bothered that I was there. I don’t need to go on and on, the person that owns or manages this store sees that they have a 3.6 review and knows there is a major problem. Another thing I would like to add, is that dairy Queen ought to be consider it to their neighbors parking lots, namely Home Depot and go and pick up all the trash that there are certain clientele eats in the parking lots and throws trash all over. Said that Toledo is nothing but a trash heap anymore, and businesses like this are not helping.

I just recently started doing to DQ since they have been opened. I have visited three times within the past several weeks. Tired of same olde burger chains in this area, MacDonalds, and their make believe fries & burgers, that come from who knows where. Their food is not hot. Wendy’s burgers cold with the big slabs of lettuce that the use, mustard not my thing on a burger. And BK not like it used to be… I was quite impressed, this location is very nice. The ladies room is very clean! And plenty of seating in the dining area. And their ice creme cakes, are decorated very nice. I do have one suggestion, and that is the beverage dispenser it could use some attention. Looked a little messy on the outside, thou it’s what going on in the inside that is important well, as it can surely reflect the taste of your choice of drink. Overall, I would return. I like that they offer some different food choices. An pretty frozen ice creme cakes.
I like their chicken strips very good! It’s not coated with a ton of breading. Along with their daily made dipping sauce, its a winner for me!
The staff is very pleasant, I appreciate DQ it does have a Chill Vibe when you walk in.
