It was over $8 for a small cone with dip and large twist with sprinkles. The large was the same size as the small. It was first made in a cone when I asked for a cup and then they remade it half the size of the cone. When I asked about it they said it was weight based and that it is correct. Shocking now that this is a large. Will take my business elsewhere

I remember the old slogan for Dairy Queen used to be “Hot eats. Cool treats”. At this location however it’s more like the opposite. While I appreciate the crew’s ambition to get orders made quickly, by the time the line processes and I get my order my ice cream that I still need to drive home is melting. Blizzards are often not mixed. My last trip left me with a pool of bright green mint syrup at the top of my cup. Order a hot dog or cheeseburger and you get something that’s been barely microwaved and tossed on a cold bun. Not good.

You really can’t go wrong with dairy, Queen or ice cream. This place is okay. Plenty of seating indoors. They also have seating outdoors. The same menu is pretty much all the others. They also have a little private room if you want to come do a birthday party or a little small party for little people or big people. Ice cream ice cream. We all scream for ice cream

The wait was long, but the weather was nice so it’s expected. The lobby was closed for ordering according to the sign out front. My only real complaint is that I asked for my Blizzard to be made with chocolate yet it was made with vanilla.
UPDATE: We went back and this time my order was made correctly, let’s hope that the streak continues!
UPDATE #2: You’d think I’d learn. I asked for the mixing bowl mashup (ordered one previously). This time I asked for it to be made with chocolate ice cream. As you can see, the two look totally different. Why can’t I get what I asked for?

Small dip cone was given to me with what appeared to be fingerprints around the soggy edge. The thought of having to eat around someone else’s fingers was unappetizing, so the cone was exchanged for a dilly bar.
The $4 cone was exchanged for a $2 dilly bar. Unreal.

My family and I frequent this Dairy Queen quite often and up until the past few months it’s always been quick, hot, and delicious. However, I’m not sure if management has left, they’ve seen a lot of turnover, or what the issue is, but over the past few months it has gotten absolutely terrible. Slow service, cold food, and incorrect orders.
Tonight I went through the drive thru to pick up dinner. 3 meals with burgers, 2 fries, and onion rings. I received 3 orders of fries, onion rings, and 2 burgers. No big deal, so I go inside (where the floors were so sticky my sandal literally stuck to the floor) let them know and then watched the worker take a clearly old burger and microwave it before bagging it and giving it to me. I asked her “Did you just microwave that?!” To which she said “Yes, we microwave all of our burgers.” Huh ok, good to know, Disgusting, but good to know.
Get home and the 3 fries were cold and soggy and half filled, so really only 2 fries, one of the burgers was not supposed to have onion or pickle, it had both, and one of the burgers wasn’t even the right sandwich. This experience has become the norm at this location instead of the exception. My recommendation: Add the extra time to your drive and go to the one in Canal.

Consistently horrible service in the drive thru. I can’t complain enough about the amount of time I have to wait from the time I pull into the drive thru to the time I receive my order. On average, 20-35 minutes. Only once it took less than ten minutes.
They almost never get my order correct!! I only order a blizzard for myself and a shake for my boyfriend. Not that complicated. We sometimes ask them to fix their mistake and the young employees roll their eyes, fix it and say nothing. Not professional whatsoever.
The drive thru window is so insanely high up! It is above my car! Not sure why they don’t fix it. It is ridiculous that I can barely reach up to retrieve my blizzard from the DQ employee. Frustrating.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. 2 out of the 3 times they’ve got my order wrong. It’s always a cheeseburger only ketchup and they tend to put a ton of only mustard or just make it the way I they want. Also the drivethru takes so long, they need either more employees or maybe more training.

This is regards to the mini butterfinger blizzard. They tried to say they put 4 scoops of extra butter finger. Do those pics below look like it has extra butterfinger in it!!? I been getting this for a while and it looks nothing like the past few times I got extra butterfinger..smh. I just want what I asked for and paid for.

My wife ordered a burger and asked for a fresh patty and this cold burnt patty was served. Look at the photos, its not safe to eat. This was the worst hamburger ive ever seen. 5/6 @830pm
