1st world problem rant:
Greensburg Dairy Queen is such a joke anymore. You always get pulled forward, they try to give you your ice cream while you wait for your food. I politely asked the young lady to keep the ice cream in a freezer, or make it fresh when the food was done so it wouldn’t melt all over the car. (She offered me a lid and napkins ) she took the ice cream back and I assumed it was all good… then I get home and have a banana split that appears to be made with whole milk after a 3 minute drive PS: no napkins/spoons found

Just went through the drive thru and got a LARGE oreo blizzard with extra oreo and this is the 3/4 filled cup they gave me. For $7-$8 I expect the cup to atleast be FULL!! The girl at the drive-thru was useless as usual. Said they have to leave a quarter inch or something along those lines “empty” She obviously couldnt do simple math either.
I usually get these twice a week and this was a first. Guess im done with DQ- Ill go to Sonic where I atleast get my money’s worth.

We had a wonderful expierence at this DQ. The regional manager working on 02/17/2026 was very kind and when we had an issue, she very quickly resovked it and made sure that we were taken care of. I am super grateful that people are able to look past religious beliefs to make sure everyone feels comfortable here. Thank you Joanne!

I don’t clean nothing in the lobby. We go in there several times and the same stuff is still on the wall. In the window, ledges and the high chairs don’t never get cleaned, they blame it on that shift, but managers should walk the floor during the morning, they’re putting themselves down, but the food is fine.

Went through the drive-thru last week and Katie was amazing! She got our food out fresh, hot, and ready in under 2 minutes. We ordered 2 of the $7 meal deals and upgraded to Blizzards everything was perfect. Super fast, friendly service!

The fries my son and I got at this DQ were absolutely the freshest I’ve had in a long time from any fast food joint. If every DQ had fresh fries like this one I’d stop there all the time. DQ burger isn’t my favorite, but the blizzard brings me in every time. Service was delivered with a smile, and the overall restaurant was clean.

This is consistently the slowest DQ drive thru I’ve ever been to and it’s one of those that you’re trapped in once you are in line. However, the food is almost always edible.
