This is the bowl I just got. Looks like it had been dropped. Employees were too busy gossiping to make the food. Will NOT be back especially after I saw a 91 (this is a followup)on the health inspection.

Manager was extremely rude cuz I wanted a ranch and she wanted to try to charge me for something you should have got with your meal. And the meal was very skimpy barely any fries and cold on top of it. Would not suggest coming to this dairy Queen.

This place is a joke. I’ve been there twice at 7am and their biscuits have been hard as a rock both times. I don’t know who their cookie is but he sure as hell don’t know how to cook. Not sure about their lunch because their breakfast is garbage. The one on Dixie hwy is 100% better.

Nice clean location, food tasted good, service was nice. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that they were all out of ice cream, but they were getting a new shipment in. Would eat here again.

Kicked out after paying because of my smell, they refused to give me my ice cream I paid for and made me leave, I will never go to a Dairy Queen in Elizabeth town again. They also told me I can’t do a refund over the phone I have to go in person and i live an hour away worst Dairy Queen store ever

We have been coming here for over a year. I will not go again. We ordered 4-6 piece chicken dinners. When we got home, we had 4-4 piece dinners and they were thrown together awful. I called immediately when we opened the boxes. They told me they would replace them. When I stopped the young lady was rude. Refused cause THEY wrote the date wrong. I would not advise anyone to go. Rude young lady. We weren’t upset till she got nasty.

I absolutely refuse to eat anything but ice cream at Dairy Queen except this one. There food is actually good and not over done. The people are always friendly. The service is good. These workers need to train all DQs.

I’m not the type of person to complain or leave bad reviews. Very displeased with this place lately. A couple weeks ago something was missing out of the order entirely, got my money back. Last week I asked for a flamethrower combo and was given a backyard bbq combo instead. I didn’t want to drive back out and ended up eating it and it was actually pretty good. Today I came in and asked for a single flamethrower combo, large sized, onion rings instead of fries and a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard for the drink. I was asked to repeat my order twice. I pull to the window and they’ve got rap music blaring on the speaker. I got the wrong size blizzard and fries when I asked for onion rings. So I gave it back and asked for the correct order. I was then again given the wrong kind of blizzard. The lady asked for it back. Eventually I got the right food but the onion rings were cold and the sandwich was thrown together very carelessly. I’ve never had a problem with this place until very recently. Must be bad new hires or they’ve stopped caring. At the end of the day, it’s just a sandwich and doesn’t impact my day. A bit inconvenient though.
