I eat breakfast here 2 or 3 times a week. It is worth every penny. It is always hot and fresh. The drive through workers are always friendly. The biscuits are the best biscuits in town. I have not ever question if my breakfast will be hot or not fresh or will they leave something off. I go here and know my experience will be great. The breakfast here is amazing to me hands down!

Stopped in while traveling home from holidays. Wanted another holiday nog shake and the girl finally came around from the back to the counter to help a customer in front of me who’d been waiting for service a while too. Man this was the fastest DQ I have ever been to. They were super friendly and the drive in moved very quickly. It was overly impressive due to the one we go to at our hometown is so slow. It was a real relief to have great service. We went with the tenders and gravy, bacon cheese burger, cheese curds and some real fire onion rings. All the food exceeded our expectations.

I want to start out by saying the food was delicious. The only problem I had was the waiting time. When we got there, it took them 5 minutes to even recognize me and my friend and take our orders. Then it took a preceeding 10 mins to make 1 blizzard. This upset me because I love DQ and I hope next time I come back, I get better service.

Long wait for food and it wasn’t that busy. Staff were bringing in groceries while we were waiting. Not sure if they were understaffed or other issues. My turtle blizzard tasted like strawberry. It wasn’t good but I’d already waited and there were more waiting so I didn’t complain. Ranch was clumpy. Having this same experience at other DQs. Long waits, no hamburgers, no cheese, lobby closed due to lack of staff. Sad to see this chain going down.

When napkins are not available for customers to take, it’s always a bad sign, this holds true here. We pass by this DQ several times a month and this time we had a coupon. But we won’t be back except to use the restrooms. They had no honey mustard sauce for chicken tenders. The dipped ice cream cone was defective, two different colors and two weird textures and tasted old and stale. Food was served on a tray, maybe it was clean but it had paint or grease on it, extremely unappetizing. I will be asking for a refund for the cone I had to throw away. Staff did not offer it just explained it away saying air is in the soft serve.

Was not impressed at all, will not be back anytime soon! Definitely understaffed and very poor quality of service. The man at the window was nice but you could tell he was spread way to thin and trying to cover to much at once.
