Best Dairy Queen I have ever been too. Food is always hot and fresh. Dallaina and Nicole are always super nice. The guy in the kitchen always comes out to help if need be. I love visiting with them every Saturday afternoon.

Worst dairy queen I ever Bern to. I’ve given it many chances but nvr again. They charged me 4 times foreign order once, Never gotten my order right, And if it was close it was disgusting, No matter what they mess up the ice cream every single time. Why does my oreo blizzard taste like mint After you said you fixed it? Most of the people are rude Like the managers and owner, they overcharge and never get a order correct. So I ordered my food on the app today at 12:12pm I did not get my food til 12:47pm and then when I got home my food was wack I even took a picture of the toast in my chicken strip basket. I had the same exact trouble the night before And they do absolutely nothing to try to compensate for the wait like no extra food maybe discount your meal nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous if your that under staffed close down for a week til you have a big enough crew. And make the food how it’s suppose to be made.

Half portions of gravy called to talk to manager was told one thing then called to get corporate number and was told ” You can look it up” can’t believe how unprofessional she was. Food was unenjoyable.

Got a 4 pc chicken strip meal with an extra gravy and an order of pretzel sticks today in Henderson Kentucky. Gravy was like water and pretzels are over cooked and hard. UGH

I thought our DQ had really turned around for the positive, with a couple good visits. After tonight, not anymore.
I ordered through the DQ app for delivery. It got here and I told driver a blizzard was missing. He said it was all there but I told him it wasn’t so we were at a standoff.
Gave up and went inside. Not only was the blizzard upgrade in my combo missing but so was the large order of cheese curds…so basically half my order. The bag was stapled shut so I know this was not on the delivery driver.
So I called the store and got a very rude girl. She said yeah we’re out of cheese curds. Ok why didn’t you call and let me know so I could substitute? (Orders thru the app have our phone number…anywhere else would have called). Silence. I said OK what about the missing Blizzard? She said “well we can’t remake that cause you could still go to doordash and dispute it.” Huh? All I wanted was the food I PAID FOR, nothing more!
So I basically got 1/3 of the meal I paid $20 for. These folks obviously don’t care anymore (and to be fair neither does DoorDash cause you’re damn right I called after I hung up with her and they weren’t much better…saying to wait for an email for if they can do anything.
So I’m done yet again with Henderson Dairy Queen. (And DoorDash as well)
Check your orders folks and don’t expect anything to be made right when it’s messed up.
Oh and I’m adding a photo of part of the receipt so I can’t be accused of a fake review.

The management and team members are attentive to all customer orders. Their first priority is maintaining excellent service to everyone who patronize the business.
The food is delicious and prepared in a safe manner.

Been going here for as long as I can remember, until today, 3 or 4 people get their orders before I get my burger, and they ordered after I did. Best $10.60 I ever donated, never will step foot in there again.

Recently visited this Dairy Queen after a while. Seems like new management is doing much better. My order came in less than 5 minutes which never came in the past for this dairy queen. And food was hot.
