I ordered a bowl of spicy chicken with white rice and lettuce and salsa. I asked about the portions that the server gave me and she said if I needed more it would be double. The bowl was half full which is the first time we actually received this horrible service. If you look, this is when we opened it up. There is no lettuce and the portion size not right.

I’m not sure how many times I can complain about their food quality, more importantly mixing ingredients. I am allergic to guacamole and without fail, there is is always guacamole in my quesadilla and corn as well. I can’t help this at the actual location because quesadillas are online only unless this company wants me to rip my food apart in front of workers to show them (which I have before). Quality of this location took a nose dive after 2019.

Tall girl with ginger braids, seems to be the manager, is great. Other workers are lazy and entitled. Girl with glasses absolutely went sicko mode on my burrito, barley wrapped it, and 3/4 through the order she says no cheese? Whatever. I eat this idea of a burrito. Then i overhear her giving her friends cheese?? Just lazy and too comfortable at work. Who doesn’t get hired at chipotle ? Who is her competition.

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.
There was a girl working the line, black, short hair, braided, and when I asked for chicken, she literally put 4–5 tiny cubes and the rest was just burnt “chicken dust” from the bottom of the pan. I politely asked if she could replace it with actual chicken, and instead of trying to help, she threw the entire bowl away and said, “We’re all out now.”
The crazy part? They weren’t even out of chicken. There was a fresh pan right behind her that she completely ignored.
The attitude, the portioning, and the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never had service this bad at any Chipotle.

Very very very cheap with the portions, barley got any chicken or steak on my burrito. The girl actually took off 1 piece of steak on the burrito she made. Would not recommend this location, better off going to another one.

Absolutely horrible experience. Guy would not add more chicken and piled all of the cheese and lettuce on a single taco! You gotta be kidding me! I even asked him to add more cheese and he PILED MORE!! What do you even call this, Chipotle – the Cheapo Supreme?! I asked him to add more and he refused, saying it would be consider “double chicken” and I’d be charged more. If this is the portion size for chicken I will be taking my business elsewhere.. I have never had this kind of experience at a chipotle in my life!! Please review the images I’ve left below and tell me if I’m crazy.
Chipotle needs to reach out to me and make this right. No one deserves to be treated this poorly as a paying customer.

Gosh I used to dread going to a fast food spot before Chipotle! But my pleasant experience at Chipotle changed all that – making this place my go-to fast food spot! The range of delicious burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, salads and more really hits the spot. Plus, the ingredients are always fresh and the staff are friendly and accommodating! A proper five star experience that deserves a round of applause!
So if you’re in need of a fast food fix, don’t despair, Chipotle is the answer! Whether it’s a burrito bowl, tacos, salad, or whatever else – you’ll feel satisfied and nourished afterwards.
Oh, and by the way – exercise fanatics, you know the drill – head to Turbo Personal Training to exercise all that chippy goodness away. Just thought I’d mention the great personal training studio down the street – still head to Chipotle though, it’s definitely worth a try! 5 stars

I ordered a quesadilla from this location through Uber Eats. The sticker that has the details of my order listed everything that I wanted, yet I was given a half-filled bowl with practically raw steak in it. It’s not even like I put my order in wrong, it was on the sticker that was placed on the lid of the bowl. How does that even happen??? Disgusting.
