I’m not usually one to complain about DQ, but I can tell when certain staff is working and even they’re not… there’s a completely different atmosphere the food is hot and the ice cream is not melted when given to you… Today my son wanted it for lunch after pre-k so we went and the food was cold, no ice in our drinks, missing sauces (I know that’s small but still it wasn’t there) when I mentioned the ice cream was melted the girl at the window (skeleton tattoos) wasn’t the nicest no apology just a “if you move, I’ll make a new one but it’ll be a minute”. Tanner in particular makes the whole experience nice and welcoming and is always smiling and always friendly!

I had a wonderful experience at Dairy Queen today. The woman working the drive-thru window was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She told me she only had one Blizzard coin and had been waiting all day for a customer with just one child so it would be fair—and she gave it to my son. That level of consideration and kindness truly made our day. Excellent customer service and a reminder of how a small act of kindness matters! Thank you!!

Completely disappointed and disgusted at the same time. I got a 6 piece chicken strip basket and the gravy looks horrible. It looks like it been setting for days and they heated it up in the microwave. Plus its GREEN!!!!! YUCK!!!!
This is not the first time this has happened. Just last week my daughter stopped and got the same thing. Her gravy was nasty also.

The best Dairy Queen I’ve been to. The kids that work there are always super respectful and nice. The service is quick the place is always super clean and well manicured outside. When its busy they have people out there taking orders in the drive thru line.

I bought my son’s birthday cake here. I wasn’t sure if I needed to order ahead, but a nice young man who I think is the manager helped me and when I went back it was super quick to get the cake written on and purchased. It was really good, too!

Got my favorite chocolate and Carmel moo latte when I was out for appointments and went through the drive through told them exactly how I wanted it and got it made to my expectations. Love that they made it the way I ask.

Went there for a quick bite before going to October court days. Being a diabetic I thought I would have a small side salad and a small zero sugar Ale 8 to drink just to have something so my sugar wouldn’t drop and cause me problems. And my son had the same. After paying and getting our drinks we sat and waited for our food to be brought out to us. When the lady brought out our food we was surprised by how big the salad was ..it was Huge salad so I thought they gave us the wrong thing so I dug in my pockets to find the receipt and my total was like $18 and some change. But I didn’t want to go trough the whole ordeal of getting a refund and trying to get a smaller salad so I ate all I wanted of it. with Salad left over for 2 more meals I was done so it went to waste. The whole thing about this is we both ordered a Small SIDE salad not a big salad.

I don’t know what was going on last night (7/31/25), but I think I received a cheeseburger made earlier in the day that had so much ketchup it looked like it was hemorrhaging and what seemed like week-old onion rings. Normally, they’re very soft, fresh and hot. I received cold, hard rocks. $20 is a good amount to throw in the trash.

We enjoy going and sitting out front, eating our ice cream and watch our son play in the little sand barrel, however my wife is very displeased with the removal of the chocolate soft serve. The food is also great and all the staff is friendly and nice.
