Huge wait at the drive through. After I pulled up it was a good 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then my food came . There shake was good, the burger was not. The burger was not hot, not cold either, but felt old. The bun was dry, like even with sauce on it it was dry. It felt stale when I was chewing it. The onion rings were good.

To be fair, I’ve never had bad service as some of the other reviews claim. I’ve also never been served bad (or the wrong) food. But, I’ve also rarely had fast service, whether inside or outside. Last night’s wait was 25+ minutes to move through the drive-thru that had 6 cars in it when I arrived…at 9 o’clock…on a Thursday.

I’ve never had a problem with my food but today the lady in the drive through was so rude to me for no reason. She takes my money at the window then slams the door in my face and about three minutes later she opens the window and says “you need something” I said no I was just waiting on my food and then she slams it again and rudely hands me my food but forgot my blizzard. So I’m still waiting and she opens the door and says “now what do you need” and I told her I was waiting for my blizzard she has me pull around until the drive through clears out. I have worked fast food and understand it’s not so fast some times so I was being super friendly. I did nothing to deserve the attitude.

Terribly slow to take orders and receive food. I know the food is made to order so not expecting McDonalds or BK speed, but this was ridiculous. Staff really doesn’t seem to care. After waiting about 15 minutes after ordering I went up to check on my order. It turned out my burger and fries were ready and sitting there. I guessing by temperature it had been a few minutes. Counter person said she would bring my milkshake out. I was nearly done with burger and fries and still no shake. Man at counter was not to friendly when I went up to ask but he did check and bring one out in a few minutes. Will avoid this DQ in the future.

This restaurant is the worst dairy queen ever! The manger was rude and so was all his employees who were rushing me out the drive through I am guess because they have had so many complaints about their wait time. Well hello, the first thing you need to fix is your food and your customer service because it stinks. My food turned my stomach up side down and they forgot almost all my side items. The food we did receive was not made correctly and looked like it had been sitting for hours. This place needs someone to fix it up and fast before some one with power comes along and shuts them down because its a no brainer that they will soon disappear!

If I could give no stars I would. I have NEVER had such rude service at any other DQ I’ve been to. I ordered a 4piece and a caramel sundae. The sundae was completely melted and the caramel was burned black. I asked for a sundae that wasn’t melted and was told “the caramel is hot”. This is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a sundae, not a cup of creamy milk and burned caramel. I received another sundae, still with absolutely disgusting burned caramel. They tried giving me the wrong items, and were rude when I told them that they weren’t my items. I paid extra for more sauce and a bottle of water, and didn’t receive either. I had to drive back to ask for them. EVERY Time I come to this DQ, I have had extremely rude and slow service. I’ll be telling every person I know how terrible this place is, and I’m never coming back.

I agree with a previous poster that these must be the slowest fast food employees ever. I arrived at 1:45 pm on a Thursday and ordered a chili and cheese dog, medium Reese cup Blizzard, and a medium Mr. Pibb. I got my chili dog in about 10 minutes, after 20 minutes I still haven’t received my Blizzard or soft drink. Update, I had to go ask for my Blizzard and drink. The employees are nice but need to act with more urgency in waiting on customers.

Normally I wouldn’t post a review like this as I work in food service and understand the frustrations of closing. Granted we came right before close; however, I would never refuse service before we close. We came through the drive through four minutes till close, and were refused service. We said I thought you were open for four more minutes, and we’re met with complete silence. Started to go to the door and they locked it as we approached.

This was the first time in all my visits there that I had the most unpleasant man working at the window. Attitude ! And I was nice as can be. There must have been a change in management for them to have such an awful person working the window. I have always had sweet, kind happy people in the past and commented on the nicest employees to everyone. I’m having a hard time thinking I won’t come back. I live in Henry County and when I shop or visit doctors in Louisville I swing around there on my way home. LaGrange dairy Queen is very nice also. I could spend my hard earned money there on the way home.

This location needs a revamp or a serious scrub down; surfaces were sticky and grimy.
Ordered a Royal Blizzard, the filling tasted sour & also had ancient brownie bits that must’ve fallen into the cheesecake bin. The staff was friendly and my order was made quickly.
