Upon entry inside restaurant appearance was clean, there were no customers other than myself and family, I observed staff 1 at ice cream station, 1 drive thru window & few in grill area. I observed all employees look up & see us at front counter awaiting for order to be taken and they all looked back down, continued talking and doing what they were doing & never acknowledged us nor had any common courtesy to advise someone would be with us soon. We waited approximately 20 minutes and walked out after no service. I do not recommend going to this location

Wouldn’t know. Why have a shop like this and run out of ingredients when it’s around 100 every day and you sell ice cream? Second time in the last month I have been told this. Never happened up north but apparently the MS shops need a better person doing the ordering. I mean we only drove 30 minutes to get there just to leave.

Terrible they shut the light off early everynight so people think it’s not open… The manager “shan” is also awful super rude definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service… She was telling all the customers the system was shut down but yet we watched multiple employees use registers… I’m guess they are doing this bc they close at 10 so they didn’t want to have to clean anything.. when asked can we just wait she replied ” well we close at 10 so I mean you can but we do close at 10″ how do they expect to stay in business?? this has happened multiple times at this location do better dairy queen…

I normally don’t leave bad reviews I just deal with the bad experiences. And if there is 1 star reviews I’d like to know what happened to rate so low. So here’s my family’s experience. The tables weren’t clean (food and grease on tables and seats) There was urine all on the floor in the bathroom. The burgers didn’t taste good at all (McDonald’s is higher quality) our burgers were thrown together, got the whole side of an onion including the peel thrown on my burger. Only thing that was good was the chicken strips and the sodas tasted good too. Cant say about their ice cream didn’t feel like testin that our after the poor food quality and service.

This particular Dairy Queen was disappointing. Service was seriously slow and they were Out of Spoons , did I say that loud enough. They also don’t have any outside lights which made it hard to see. Sad place.

Stood at counter for almost 5 mi utes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Taste of the meat on my burger was not appetizing and there were more toppings than meat, not a plus. Burgers not their best menu item in my opinion. Customer service needs to be addressed.

I don’t recommend this store to anyone, they only had 3 employees working and the only thing they worried about was the drive thru. They didn’t want to take our order and when I went back for condiments they acted like they didn’t see me, after standing there for for 10 minutes I just left

Blizzard was melted, lack of fries, no ketchup included and given a medium instead of large drink. Plus the staff would not pay attention and were just sitting on there phones just don’t spend your money here

I got a chicken finger basket and they gave me like 10 fries in it like it literally looked empty… I never leave bad reviews on a place but I’m never coming here again lols – don’t come here / order from this place!!!
