The food here was good!! Not mind blowingly amazing, but good! I love the fries and cheese curds in particular, a LOT.
I asked for no bacon on my burger, and they out bacon on it, but they remade it and apologized
One of the workers was very sweet, two of the others felt very aloof, and were not the best communicators.
The place looks nice visually, but was actually quite dirty. The person I was here with and another elderly customer cleaned a counter and table themselves, because of it.
Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience!

OMG! The DQ in RIchland has the most awesome staff! They greeted us at the door. The cashier was so friendly and chatty. Then another worker, Damante was just walking out to the lobby and made a point to make eye contact and ask the waiting costumers how they were doing. We were dining in and sat at a table to wait for our food. Although it had not been a terribly long time, Damante came and asked what we ordered because he says he feels like we had been sitting there too long. We assured him we were fine and understood that our shrimp basket order would take a little longer. He told us he would go check on it and get it out to us as soon as possible. He was wonderful. He checked on us throughout our meal. We ordered Blizzards later. He paid close attention and asked my son several questions about her special order Blizzard to make sure he was getting like he wanted it. And he made sure to bid us Goodnight on the way out the door when we left. I’ve never gone to a fast food restaurant and felt like I just had dinner at a friend’s house but I did at this DQ.

The staff seemed to not really know what they were doing. They seemed like they were just winging it with no one leading them. It was chaotic inside. The drive thru was closed. The wait in line and wait for order was about 30 minutes. The food is usually pretty good if they can get the order correct and not leave items out.

Upon entry inside restaurant appearance was clean, there were no customers other than myself and family, I observed staff 1 at ice cream station, 1 drive thru window & few in grill area. I observed all employees look up & see us at front counter awaiting for order to be taken and they all looked back down, continued talking and doing what they were doing & never acknowledged us nor had any common courtesy to advise someone would be with us soon. We waited approximately 20 minutes and walked out after no service. I do not recommend going to this location

Came here literally for just one blizzard. The drive through line was basically empty and was told to pull up and drive around after paying for my order!! Why am I being pulled up for one freaking blizzard??? It’s like they’re trying to cheat the system on their times and how long ITS ACTUALLY taking them to get orders out to people! So I pull around to the parking lot and had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes for them to fix ONE BLIZZARD!!! Never in my life have I gone to a diary queen and been asked to pull up for a blizzard and then wait and additional 20 minutes to get it!!! To add insult to injury my order was completely forgotten and I had to get out of my car into the store to ask about where my order was! I got inside and had to wait 10 minutes.This place clearly has poor management. Waited literally half an hour for one blizzard at a “fast food” place!!! Never coming back!!!!!!!??

I was one of the two cars in the line. Slow slow slowwww. Never had to wait a long time on a blizzard. The catch is the only make you wait after you have paid. And what is this for almost 6.00?? Order NY Cheesecake and got Vanilla ice cream with a shot of strawberry and 4 cheesecake pieces? Just awful. Never again. I will just start going to Menchies and make my own ice cream for cheaper.

Disgusting. Dirt and grease everywhere. Bathrooms have hair,urine and feces on walls and toilets. No ketchup in pump. Dirty tables and seats. Worker seems to be trying but is by himself. Don’t know how it passed health codes. If even inspected. Food was edible, hope we don’t get sick.
