25 minute wait in drive thru basically every afternoon now at 3p
even if there’s just 3 cars in the entire drive thru, you’ll be waiting 15 minutes for basic orders. pathetic lol
the burgers have 0 flavor whatsoever, yet they charge sit down restaurant prices, and have equal wait times. This company has fallen so far. They should honestly reduce their menu options and stop offering 500 menu items? idk
Wish i could say something nice about my experiences. When it seems to be an older adult crew, everything’s great.
When the oldest employee workiny is early 20s, just walk out the door, because there’s a good chance you’re gonna leave disappointed
when you’ve ate at the restaurant for decades, you feel pretty invested in their direction lol

This is a super nice restaurant inside. I love the coke machine and the high end feel inside. This is now my favorite lunch spot in East Tennessee!
I delivered to the manager Bill today. What a great guy. There’s enough room to drive around the building in a tractor trailer but you’ll need someone to block the drive through, it’s a little tight. I was in a day cab and a 48′ trailer.

My experience here was awful I bought 3 chicken strip meals or dinners had gravy texas toast 6 chicken tenders and 3 drinks and a burger yall it was not the best we ask for ranch barbecue and sweet and sour sauce we were at 127 yard sale so I just got the food and brought it back to everyone the chicken was hard gravy was good tho toast cold but no sauce not one we were furious who eats nuggets without sauce I guess I could have but the kids wouldn’t and didn’t yall should give a refund back oh yeah got a pineapple shake it was great
