Stopped in to eat with a restroom stop first, no one behind the counter only two people sitting down to eat in the dining room, absolutely no reason why the women’s bathroom had zero toilet paper or hand soap. Lazy kid looked like he had just woken up behind the counter when I came out of the bathroom and walked straight out the door. A BIG NO HERE!

Wow, something changed. It would appear the (I’m guessing here) new owners have a much different cleanliness standard than when I was there before. The ladies restroom was closed and the men’s stank of old urine. Really disgusting for a restaurant to accept this. I’ll never go back as I can’t help but wonder how clean their kitchen is….
First, I only had a peanut butter milkshake and didn’t have a meal. I was greeted upon walking in by someone wiping down tables. The device was fast despite being July 4th. The table I sat at was clean and not sticky like the last two dq I visited. Somebody here cares.

Food doesn’t match what on the menu. For some reason cheeseburger was filled with ranch. Didn’t receive the sauce I ordered for my chicken strips and coke tasted funny. The only thing that didn’t let me down was the Oreo Blizzard.

I’m not sure there is one friendly person that works there the manager/owner is very rude the boyfriend and girlfriend (its obvious) was fussing and a small child hanging out in the lobby begging for food and advertises free wifi but Manger insisted they had no wifi all together a circus not a typical fast food because with all of this it still took 10 mins at least to get my food and it still wasn’t what I asked for!! This place is a joke

I love Dairy Queen… Just not the one in my hometown. Which unfortunately is the only fastfood restaurant we have. The drive thru has always been slow but for past year it’s slower and they never get your order right because they can’t hear you or you can’t understand one another. But the biggest problem is there prices! They are .50 cents to a dollar more expensive then surrounded counties. I know this because I called due to the price I paid for 2 items. Also the new owners only fix a certain amount of gravy a day and will not fix more regardless when it runs out. So if it runs out at 5pm don’t expect them to make anymore to serve with there chicken strip meals (you are just SOL). And they won’t tell you they are out of it until you are paying and receiving food. So if your kids are picky eaters ask before assuming and receiving the correct answer depends on whether you can understand each other or not.

Perhaps they were shorthanded but I waited a good 8 or 10 minutes until someone served me up front after knowing I was there and taking care of the people in front of me.
The food was decent they just need to fix the Coke machine out in the dining room it’s totally empty which is annoying Especially because it’s an act of Congress getting someone to serve you up front for anything you might need like drink refills.

Overpriced! They charge $3 more than any other DQ in the area.
I’m waiting her on my hamburger for 30 minutes now. Every time the owner is not here the girls are on their phones. Bathroom is a mess and they sure need to do something about the flies they are everywhere.

We are blessed in the Upper Cumberland to have a DQ in pretty much every town, and every one that I have tried has been excellent. Celina is no exception, the food is good, and the frozen treats are awesome!
