The ice cream treats are typical of DQ. We went inside, and it was nasty. Dirty tables and food on the floor. The lady who waited on us was in a really bad mood. We drove 30 minutes to try it, and we won’t do it again.

I went to Dairy Queen yesterday 8/7/2023 got my order through the drive thru and while eating my food a couple bites in, this is what I saw. Mold on the bun of my burger, this is the worst experience I have had at a Dairy Queen in years. I called to let them know and got told I had to bring my food back there in order to my refund, after already getting back from going there I was not going to drive back another 30 minutes just to get a refund, and right after becoming alert of what had happened I had to go get allergy medication immediately considering I am HIGHLY allergic to mold, and If I did not act soon I was at risk for a severe allergic reaction. Please do not serve your customers food with mold on it! After spending $20+ dollars just to get food I could not eat, I hope that Dairy Queen in Cordova realizes that this is not okay, nor how to treat the situation.

It has been YESRS since I last visited this location. It has gone down hill, and I won’t be returning. Service was slow. Cashier didn’t understand when I said I wanted a banana split blizzard. He rang it up as a banana blizzard. The individual making the blizzards did a terrible job. My blizzard was not served upside down because it would have come out of the cup! I will just continue to frequent Dairy Queen when traveling because the local (it’s not near my house, but it’s the closest-14 miles) Dairy Queen sucks! I will NOT give this location my business EVER AGAIN!

Longest wait I’ve ever had for a blizzard. Employees standing around on their phones. Sad to say we probably won’t be coming back to the DQ and we love DQ! When our order came out, there’s NO way it would’ve withstood the turn test. Very liquified.

Blizzards come out melted so probably best to get a small or a milkshake. Also understaffed for the amount of business they do. Normal to wait 30 mins in store even with a mobile order.

The new oreo brookie Blizzard is amazing. My second day in a row is going to get it…..i wish one was closer to me. I had yo drive 15 minutes to get it, but it’s well worth it

Drive thru is so inefficient. I waiting over 15 minutes and the drive thru line didn’t move and finally gave up. Also I read other reviews complaining of slow service and rude employees and the owner always responds “that they listen to customers.” Obviously the owner does not listen to customers because nothing has changed at this location.
