This was absolutely the worse experience ever! I usually love DQ but this time it was horrible. When I first got there I couldn’t understand the person taking the order because it sounded like he had the mic in his mouth. When I mentioned that to him he just started talking louder like that made a difference. We got our food and it was cold and super dry. You could stand the burger on its side and it wouldn’t fall. You can tell how dry it is from the pictures and that’s hard to do. The bun was so hard it hurt the roof of your mouth when you bit into it. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the service and food that my wife and I received. If you look at their reviews they are gradually getting worse. I hope Management has noticed this place is going down hill fast!!

Jessie was very helpful, the manager seemed not to interested…. stated , she was not happy working today…would rather be somewhere else. For the quality and presentation, not worth the money. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience…. DQ just isn’t the like it used to be.

This place is great! The flamethrower burger is absolutely delicious and I love coming here to get ice cream some nights! They have a good selection on ice cream and sweet treat flavors. There tenders have always been good and as far as Dairy Queen goes, I’d have to recommend this location. The only thing I didn’t like from here was the fried shrimp, but that’s on me for getting seafood from a fast food location. But overall, it’s cheap, tasty and quick food!

Our food was very cold even though it was a lunch rush. Cheese wouldn’t even melt on our burgers. Person at drive thru window seemed nice but still gave out ice cold burgers. We actually ate in parking lot so it wasn’t like we drove far away to where it was cold when we got there. We got our food and pulled into nearest parking spot. Inside was too crowded to go in.

There are really nice workers here, but they don’t seem to listen well. I went through the drive-thru. The cashier was very nice and attentive, and then repeated my order back to me. I got it fairly quickly and then drove home (almost an hr away) only to realize my chili cheese dog with onions lacked both cheese and onions.

My wife and I visited the Atoka DQ twice before and loved it . I used the app this time today. Walked in and was the only customer there at that time. Saw my order sitting up there and waited where it said to wait for online order Pic up.

We were there on a Saturday at 8pm. Ordered food and icecream. Told them we wanted of icecream with our food. Food came but icecream didn’t Food was barelt room temperature. The fried were cold and maybe had 10 in the fry box. My daughter got the honey bbq tender meal. The tenders were hard. Like they had been forgotten about in the fryer. They were mostly breading. She only ate 1. Then came my husband strawberry cheesecake blizzard. They didn’t flip it. Then we waited for 15 minutes for mine and my daughter. Other people who ordered icecream after ours had gotten theirs. So my husband goes to ask where they are. Guy says I don’t know I’ll check. The young cashier was pointing and laughing at my husband and us around the corner thinking I couldn’t see her. Whatever I just want my icecream. They said it would be out soon. Another 14 minutes pass. Now mind you the restaurant wasn’t busy. Pretty much dead. He goes to ask they don’t know where they are. So he asked to speak to a manager. She was so rude. When he said hey I order blizzards over 30 minutes she said “and, what do you want me to do?” He said I just want my blizzards. She freaking walked off to the back of the store. The same younger guy comes up ask what kind and went and made them. He apologized repeatedly for the actions of his manager, and the blizzards never getting to us. He was so nice and sweet. As soon as he gave us the blizzards we left. over half of mine didn’t have anythang in it. We love dairy cream icecream but this interaction has me considering to not go back.

This is a normal place in the summer that we go to… mainly for the . My normal order is Rotisserie Style Chicken Bites (small basket) and a side of their good Hidden Valley ranch to dip the fries in. Overall, the employees were cooperative, the food was good, and it is nice to eat there. Another thing that us cool is that there is free outside seating, which is good for kids.

I was very disappointed this visit. It’s okay that I had to wait for my food but when you wait for your food you expect hot and fresh and hot and fresh it was not. I got the Sunday that accompanies my meal after eating and it took forever for anyone to even acknowledge me someone finally came from the back and told the girl she’s waiting on her Sunday. I’m not real sure I’ll go back to this location it’s not my first experience with gross food
