I ordered a cheese burger &sm,milk shake. The burger was disgusting. I ask for lettuce, tomato, onion. They charged me 20 cent for each one.Then they put a lot of ketchup on it. I had told them I didn’t want any condiments added.$5.03 for a small milk shake.I got a refund on my burger. When I was leaving my shoe stuck to the floor.How nasty. Never will I go there again. All lazy teenagers working there. The filth speakes for itself.It doesn’t deserve a 1.star.

As I waited for my dip cone, I couldn’t help but notice how real dirty the store is. Floors, countertops, and appliances. I could only imagine how nasty it was in the back. I quickly decided never would I have a meal there. Trash all around the outside and grass is knee high. Nasty place.

The woman working here on the shift when I came through with a mobile order was without a doubt the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She literally just threw my order at me and said “here” as she walked off. They were not busy so I don’t know what her hurry was I was the only person there. The messed up part is the person who was before me a Vietnamese gentleman, she was kind and chatty with. Only thing I did was tell her I have a mobile order and she immediately rolled her eyes said it’s not done and then when it was done she just threw the order at me. I will never step foot back over there. I used to go there all the time as a kid and as an adult and I will never step foot back into that establishment again. If I had done anything to warrant that kind of treatment I wouldn’t be so ticked off. I just can’t figure out why I was mistreated so badly by her when the gentleman before me was not. Is it racism or is it sexism? Either way she does not belong serving the public with such blatant hatred showing.

Mini blizzard and hot fudge sundae for over $10. Asked to put chocolate sauce in Blizzard to make chocolate, they charged me an extra dollar. Never had other stores do that before. Didn’t tell me it was extra. Wasn’t chocolate, more like dirty white. Only 3/4 of cup full, ice cream smeared all over side of cup as they didn’t even bother to wipe it down. Very soft and somewhat runny. Sundae was a bad joke. Maybe a tablespoon of fudge at most. Skimpy ice cream serving as well. Want quality product and service? Go somewhere else. This is a grifting outfit you know who would be proud of. It’s awful. Seriously, how do you mess up ice cream? Go to Walmart and get 2 or 3 cartons for what you pay for this. Free spoons at the Deli. Wouldn’t visit here again if you gave it away.

My food is always correct and Every worker including the Manager is super nice . If for some reason I have to wait to get my order they don’t leave me guessing on what’s taking so long they always engage in small talk or explain what’s going on .
