I ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard add cookie dough. The first go around, the blizzard was white with a few brownie pieces in it. I asked them to remake it and was given a very similar blizzard that again was vanilla and not chocolate. Not many ingredients were added at all and it was not mixed. I don’t have issues with any other DQ, just this one. I’m not sure why it’s gone down hill, but I definitely miss how it used to be

If l could rate lower would be a 0! Coming from out of town my 88 year old grandmother wanted some icecream etc… l ordered at the window they had 2 in front and a drive threw. I ordered at the one on the left. Everyone got there order but me! Within mins! I promise u about 7 to 10 different people. I ask 3 times about mine. Never got it after about 40 mins! I ask for refund! One lady in the back was eating toppings with bare hands and fixing people order. I have never seen anything like this!!!! Had a over 3 hour drive back home. I didnt fuss at them or anything but l did tell them this was the worst service ever.

I am not one to typically leave reviews; however, repeated disappointing experiences at this location have compelled me to share feedback. It raises serious questions about whether management is either unaware of the ongoing issues or unable to effectively operate the business.

Too often, the ice cream machine is out of service, staffing is insufficient to properly assist customers, and the food quality is consistently mediocre. Most concerning, today at 2:00 p.m., the restaurant was closed until 4:00 p.m. according to the handwritten sign on the window—despite staff inside and vehicles present. I have a photo if you’d like verification.

This is a unique and historic location with tremendous potential, yet the poor service overshadows what could be a truly great customer experience. Running a business requires passion, consistency, and accountability. If that commitment is lacking, then leadership should ensure it is placed in the hands of someone who can operate it as it deserves.

Rude people! We came to visit family and had an order of only 9 things. They gave me the wrong blizzard and melted then shut the window in my face when I tried to thank her. Don’t work in fast food if you don’t want to serve food

These employees have an attitude problem, if you don’t like working with people, don’t get a customer service based job. I stood by ordering window and the person just stared at me blankly as if we were playing chicken as to who was to speak first. Then the pick up window was not any better l, they placed the food out and didn’t even announce what order number it was. Terrible, I don’t ask for much, but this place doesn’t even do the bare minimum.

My family and sister in law & brother in law went to dairy queen street Lions football game. Was 7 pm. All I wanted was a banana split. I stood at window for at least 10 minutes with no one to take our order. Finally someone ask what I wanted. I said banana split. We have NO bananas. Really. I proceeded to ask for a hot fudge sundae with a brownie. His response ” I’ll have to ask if I can do that “. Again really !!
Also we drive from Opp. That’s 20 minutes, just to be upset. Oh yes. I was and am very upset over the service .

Always a good experience. Friendly employees that double checked my bags to make sure everything was correct. They were missing something but fixed it right away. A little pricey in my opinion for what you get but worth it for a treat.
