The owner had a customer complain about her glfood order and wanted her money back. She sat her tray down and he took it to the back and put her food back in the bins to be re-served. Normally this wouldn’t bother me, but the lady took the food away from the counter, to a bench, and THEN brought it back to the counter. I won’t eat there again.

They got the order wrong twice. Then argued that a latte doesnt have coffee in it, just icecream and milk. I said thats just a milkshake and they told me that is how their mananger told them to make it. They had no choice.

Anyone that knows me knows I’m big on customer service! I get to the window, the cashier didn’t say anything. I looked at her and she finally said my total. As she gives me my food and closed the window she makes this noise as if she was disgusted because I made her say something! I’m sorry that your family made you find a job! Maybe customer service is not where you need to be because you definitely can tell that you don’t like dealing with people! Really sad how these young people don’t have the proper training they need to serve their community better. To the owners of this location, please train your workers better so that they can server your customers better!!

The food was great when you finally got it. My wife and I ordered the $7 meal. It took over 20 minutes until we received the food we ordered. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We will probably return but I hope they get their staff issue repaired. It seemed they were short on staff though.

Terrible management. They do not uphold the values of DQ corporate. They don’t want to give you coupons for not flipping your blizzards and when you get a coupon that you have to argue for, they don’t want to honor it. Absolutely ridiculous.
