There I was. I had just finished grocery shopping, hungry, and ready to grab a quick bite to eat. I had already passed by Jack’s and asked myself, “Why not give it a shot”. I pulled into Jack’s got to the Menu and was rather impressed. They had a wide variety of desserts, cheese curds, and I had heard they were really well known for their chicken strip meals so I ordered one of those. I get to the window to pay and glance to my right. I noticed another fast food restaurant right next door and thought maybe I’ll try them next time im out and about and need a bite to eat. I lean my head back to read the sign better and behold.. the sign read Jack’s… I glanced back in the window and noticed that the “Jack’s” I was at had a surprising amount of Dairy Queen Decor and advertisements… Imagine how dumb I felt. my own idiocy aside the food was pretty good. The service was okay. Wouldn’t call it welcoming but wouldn’t say it was the worst. I will say its the best Jack’s I’ve ever had from a Dairy Queen.

We stopped in for a little ice cream after the basketball game. The service was fast and friendly and the blizzards were made to perfection! The Dairy Queen where we live shut down so Sonic is our only ice cream place…..it isn’t the same!! Blizzard over blast ANY DAY!!

This was one of cleanest Dairy Queens I have been in. The staff seemed like father, wife, and son. They were nice, thorough and respectful. Food was hot and very good along with being out on time!! I highly recommend…

My banana split was water and runny wasn’t like any other DQ it didnt have strawberry on it just the strawberry juice and I got a three piece chicken fingers and one of my fingers looked like a nugget if not smaller the manager on duty was very rude and the staff as well won’t be back

I cannot understand why the chicken is always inedible-y dangerously hot. Like I can’t even hold it. Y’all fresh cook so I can sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes while y’all cook it. Fast food is expected to be fast and food no need to try and be fancy if that was the goal. When you get off work and you’re hungry you don’t want to sit and wait for 15 minutes for it to cool so you can eat it.
