My grandma and I had an excellent experience tonight!! We were genuinely welcomed right when we walked in. Keith took our order and was so kind and patient while my grandma decided on what she wanted. Another young lady was cleaning the lobby was kind and courteous. She told us she has been there for a couple of months now and she really liked it there and had great managers. It shows!! The lobby was clean, the food was hot and fresh, the ice cream cold and delicious, and customer service top notch. Kudos!! We will be back!!

Good experience. Friendly. Food was great. Place was clean. Ate right around when they opened. I had my usual tenders and fries with original scratch dipping gravy. It was good. Tenders were hot. Fries portions could have been larger. Recommend and will come back.

4/18 – Update. I’ll be the first to admit when someone deserves better credit. You can judge a lot by the simple things a company should know how to do right. Went in today with my wife for a couple of Blizzard’s. Really didn’t e pe t much, but was pleasantly surprised. We both ordered large Blizzards and they were blended from top to bottom. Staff was very friendly, and the place was really clean.

I’ve been getting the same thing at DQ for the last 35 years, a cookie dough and oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream! That speaks volumes; if a food or dessert is OK but nothing to write home about I’m definitely not going to be ordering it every time I go for decades

This DQ, on University Drive, is the cleanest in Huntsville, AL. Terrance, the manager is super awesome! Very polite. Very professional. Loves his staff like they were his very own family. The staff is very clean and very friendly. Very impressive.

Idk if they was short staffed but considering the wait time you would think my blizzars and banana split would hold. Everything was melted. This man flipped my blizzard upside down and icecream ran down the cups. This was not my childhood memory. This was milkshakes in a cup n bowl. There was no ice… Just cream… Royal bluzzard all the fudge and brownie sunk to the bottom. Best part of the banana split was the banana. I could have went to mcdonalds with what i was served today.

Today was first time inside lobby of this establishment. I was there for about 2 minutes at the register and no one said anything to me but they did stare which made me uncomfortable so we went to the oakwood location. I don’t know if the inside was supposed to be closed or what but it seemed very hostile. The bathrooms were locked so the kids couldn’t even wash their hands first. But I leave 3 stars because I haven’t had a bad drive thru experience at this location.
