On a Friday evening I just walked into this exact location & was blown away. The young ladies who waited on us were so polite & very attentive. The young man who brought our food to us double checked our ticket three times to make sure we had exactly what we ordered. The food was served FRESH & HOT.
I later asked to speak with the manager who to no surprise was amazing as well.
To see a “fast” food restaurant thrive like this warms my heart. As a business owner myself this manager is being an exceptional leader to have all these younger teenagers be so amazing. We will be back & often at that

My wife and I stopped in for dinner and I was impressed. First of all, it was Christmas Eve. No one wants to work Christmas Eve. But the entire staff was cheerful and friendly. KK was especially outstanding. Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s doesn’t go unnoticed

Good experience. Friendly. Food was great. Place was clean. Ate right around when they opened. I had my usual tenders and fries with original scratch dipping gravy. It was good. Tenders were hot. Fries portions could have been larger. Recommend and will come back.

So let’s be honest…DQ is not what it once was. I love the deep fire grilled taste of their burgers but the value of the meal isn’t there. It costs too much for what you get… Where they shine is their desserts. My peanut buster parfait was perfect in every way and ended my meal beautifully!!… Their dessert fridge was filled with beautiful creations as well…. I’ll be back but probably just for the parfait.

4/18 – Update. I’ll be the first to admit when someone deserves better credit. You can judge a lot by the simple things a company should know how to do right. Went in today with my wife for a couple of Blizzard’s. Really didn’t e pe t much, but was pleasantly surprised. We both ordered large Blizzards and they were blended from top to bottom. Staff was very friendly, and the place was really clean.

This fast-food restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in Huntsville. Although the menu features standard fast-food offerings, what truly sets this establishment apart is its exceptional customer service. Every time I visit, I am met with a friendly staff member who greets me with a warm smile, which allows me to feel valued as a customer.
In addition to the fantastic service, the quality of the food is impressive. The meals are consistently fresh and served at the perfect temperature, which is not something I can say for most eateries in the city, including the higher-end restaurants. I visited this DQ Store because I became friends with the General Manager (GM) a week ago. He and I hit it off from the start; recognizing ourselves as one professional to another. Attention to detail in store cleanliness and presentation, providing excellent customer service at ALL times, and taking care of Store staff and team members.
This Store IS a reflection of the GM’s work ethic in all aspects!
I ordered the double bacon burger, the fish sandwich and the 4-piece BBQ chicken nuggets meal. Excellent customer service, food made fresh to order, and served in quick-time.

This is my favorite store, the employees are always nice and helpful. The store is always clean. They helped me figure out an issue with my app order. And were so nice when I came back from finding out I was missing an item. Everyone was busy but wasn’t so busy they couldn’t stop and hear me out.
