The people working the drive through today were absolutely amazing. We had a large order and it was all correct and they made sure we had everything we needed and were just so polite and helpful! Honestly the best fast food we’ve had in a while.

This is the first time I’ve eaten at this location in a while. I asked for two extra cups of sauce, and they said I needed to pay. That’s totally fine, most places do this. But they charged me $3 for two cups of sauce, probably about 3oz each. Most fast food restaurants charge .25 to .50 for an extra cup, not a 1.5. My hot fudge sundae was also 95% ice cream and the smallest drizzle of hot fudge. I don’t plan on wasting my money here again

Bad service. Woman up front ignored me completely for a minute or two before the guy came out of the back. Someone should tell these people that the definition of a curbside order, is for it to be brought out to the car. Order was over 20 mins overdue so went in to see what was up only to find my food had been sitting under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Food was alright I guess. Ice machine was broken w/ no signage to indicate it as such, coke tasted pretty awful also. It’ll be a long time before I return.

Watched them put the burger that was put together in the box in the microwave with the lettuce and tomatoes on it.. also did the same thing with wife chicken tenders as well……will not be back again

We had great food that was delivered to my table fast. They are not just about great ice cream anymore. Their menu has a nice variety including chicken, burgers, and salads. Their prices are reasonable so grab the kids and stop on by.
The only negative I have is related to service. I have returned multiple times and had the same issue… the young workers need some additional training. On the other hand, it is great to see a place that hasn’t replaced workers with kiosks. Teeners need a place for a first job to learn about living in the real world. So, I recommend this restaurant. Just have some patience, understanding, and be kind to the young workers. Give them a smile. They actually showed up to work.

This used to be great place to get icecream in the eve. Our orders were always correct and while the drive thru was not the fastest, the cashiers were always friendly.
Until today. My husband and I order two items thru drive thru. A banana split and a butterfinger blizzard. Not only did they not add the banana split but they gave me a cookie dough blizzard. There’s a big difference between cookie dough and butterfinger when entering a customer’s order.
My husband had to pay for his icecream at the window and I gave them back my blizzard so I could get the correct one.
We were told to park to the side and wait, however there was already a vehicle there so we pulled in front of the building.
Apparently no one that works there could be bothered to check outside to see where we had parked since they decided to put our icecream in the freezer because they thought we had left AFTER PAYING for our order, twice at the window!.
When I went into the building the manager was incredibly rude all while trying to put the blame on us, the customer as to why our order was not brought out to us. Not one single apology for the very poor service we recieved!
I highly recommend finding someplace else to buy icecream from!

Maybe if you go to the store it might be better, but their delivery on Door Dash is a hot mess. We’ve tried to give them the benefit of doubt a few times and we’re always missing something or the order was made wrong. How hard is it to put a burger in a bag, made correctly?! We won’t be using this store any more. Maybe better training might help.
