It was extremely extremely extremely extremely slow and it was just really bad for business, there wasn’t a single soul in there nobody come through the drive-thru, that’s good there for 5 minutes before anybody ever even said hello, because everybody was in the back they were drinks on the counter like they just said it down while they were working, just because nobody goes there. It really needs to be shut down

This may be the worst location I have ever been to. I’m pretty sure I paid for another person’s meal as well as mine. I didn’t feel like arguing for another hour to get it fixed. They are rude and they just threw my large order of cheese curds into my chicken tender box with the fries. This location should be closed.

I pulled up and placed my order for a medium ice cream cone, dipped. The woman didn’t repeat my order or give me my total. She said pull around. Upon pulling around, the drive thru window was blocked by a parked car. After a moment the car pulled forward just enough for me to reach the window. The woman opens the window and tells me a total with a very small, poorly dipped cone in her hand. I said, “ma’am, is that a medium?” She slammed the door, opened it back up with a higher price and the same cone in her hand. Since she didn’t answer my question before, I asked again, “is that a medium?” This woman immediately responds with, “Imma fix it! We all make mistakes. I’m just a human. I must have misunderstood you!”

Here’s the deal, I would have just purchased the smaller one at a lesser price rather than have her remake it, but she didnt respond when I asked the size the first time. Her tone and body language were very confrontational. She proceeds to hand me a cone, the right size, but it was sideways on the cone, only partially dipped, and had wet dip on it, dripping down. On highway 280, in the dead of summer, (without AC,) the last thing I had time for was an ice cream mess everywhere. I would have appreciated a decent response when I inquired about the first cone. Or even better if she had just repeated my order back and given me my total at the box, before I pulled around and had to wait on what appeared to be a personal visit blocking the windows, not a customer.

First, the employees here were very nice and helpful, but… We ordered ahead, 2 ice cream cakes for a double birthday party. Went to the store to pick up cakes. They didn’t have them. They had the order on their computer, but no one ever made our cakes, and there was no one at this location who could make them. They called around, and I had to drive to the Chelsea location and wait for them to make the cakes for me. An hour later now, and the party is over.

For this location to be on 280 it is a disgrace. How do u have a Dairy Queen but never have ice cream? Why not put up signs? Why have we not been able to order a blizzard for the past 4 weeks?? The management should be ashamed. It’s literally Dairy queen and your ice cream machine is not working.. like really or is that the employees do not want to work. Yall should just shut your doors for good!

Food was terrible, wait time was terrible, staff were fairly friendly, but you could overhear them talking loudly about how the chicken was coming out of the fryer raw. One employee was talking on their cell phone while trying to take orders through the drive through (the line was wrapped around the building). I don’t know why I continued to stay and eat honestly. Based on what I saw, their last health inspection rating was a 93. Honestly, I’m not sure how they even got that. The soft serve ice cream machine was either left running or was leaking and soft serve was about to spill out into the floor. Not what one would expect from any restaurant honestly. I usually don’t eat inside the restaurant on the rare occasion I do eat here, but based on what I saw today I doubt I will ever be back.

Pulled up in the drive thru around 9pm. Lights were on and saw staff inside but we sat at the drive thru and were ignored. Staff doesn’t want to do their job. This location needs completely new staff or just needs to close down!
