We usually love going here but today was much different. The girl working the drive thru was very standoffish and even rude. I simply asked if I paid for extra whipped cream for my blizzard, since (see photo) there was barely any put on compared to any visit to this location in the past or to any other DQ location I have been to. The girl said ‘yeah’ and then just looked away and ignored me. When I asked for a manager he came to the window. I showed him the amount and asked politely if this was ‘the norm.’ He rolled his eyes and said he could get me more, but that what I had was ‘normal.’ I was irritated and honestly, at this point, was not about to hand my ice cream back to them to have it out of my view. I’m just extremely disappointed at how I was treated. With rising prices and people starting to not have as much extra money to spend you would think customer service would be more important

A couple of nights ago I ordered a hamburger and when I put mustard on it, I realized that the expiration date was March 2023. I notified the girl who was serving and she didn’t care at all. They simply should pay more attention to the expiration dates of the products they put out for the customers to use and at least try not to ignore a kind suggestion from a customer.

Ok so this place deserves 10 stars for patience. I had a 12 year old in my group who had never been to a Dairy Queen and he was so amazed by all the options. He asked them to name all the blizzards/ shakes they could make and well let’s just say the cashier sure tried. after careful deliberation together they came up with the perfect one and they even customized his chicken strip basket to have onion rings and two different dipping sauces and no bread. ‍♀️ ‍♀️ I had several other kids and adults ordering and everyone else was seemingly easy and they got everything else out to us quickly. They checked on us even and that never happens at fast food places. So good job to management for choosing good employees. We were thankful this is the one we stopped at! Only downside is they don’t make the Hawaiian blizzards and so maybe they just don’t know how because I assume they have the ingredients. So maybe management could help them out or correct me if I’m wrong and you don’t have all the ingredients! But again we would definitely visit again.

They have the best Double Cheeseburgers in the city of Leesburg, Florida. Alwaysssss hot and fresh, cheese melted on the burgers & Soft buttery bread. Drive-thru time is never a long wait.

Very cute and energetic young lady handed us our Blizzards; made my day. I’m not sure that the guy that took our drive up order even understood what was on the menu. On previous visits, I have tried to order custom blizzards and the staff had no idea what to do.

I was walking by today. Saw a grill cleaning the parking lot, saw a cup in front of the building in front of the bushes by the sidewalk . Picked it up took it over to her. She acted totally disgusted that I done that. Apparently people don’t take pride in where they work. In front of the bushes by the sidewalk is the first thing people see as they drive by. Not sure if I’m stopping back there again if their employees are going to be rude.

Went in for their new .85 blizzard, but were a day early…thought the promotion started 4/8 not 4/10. We paid over $10 for two small blizzards! Tried the new s’mores flavor and just not as good as most. Then they began cleaning the restaurant with a terribly strong, terribly scented cleaner which they sprayed on the floors….it just about gagged us in the back corner….only seat available as they had blocked most tables. Cleaning should not begin until restaurant closed! Service was slow and staff seemed to be fighting about order of orders. Very dissappointing.

Ordered a birthday cake and paid for with a credit card over the phone. Went 2 days later when they told me to pick it up. And they said they didn’t charge the right price. And it’d be $10 more but I showed them on the website. What they charged me was the right price and he said no. And refuse to let me have it for that price. Asked for the manager he said his name is mike and I’m the manager so i asked him for the owner name he said he would not give it to me.
