3 stars because I feel it is to pricey for a family. To take your family there it is just as much to go to outback or long horns. Very nice and friendly staff and the owner is nice. Food is good just a little to high on some of the prices I feel. What happened to taking your kids for some ice cream and it not cost a fortune.

We always enjoy our meals here. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and there is ample parking and outdoor seating available. The online ordering process is also very convenient.

Very consistently produce poor quality blizzards. The top of the blizzard cup will be mixed with a little bit of toppings and two-thirds of the cup will be plain ice cream with no toppings at all. Do better.

Ladies here have attitude issues. Treat uber drivers as less than, was asked with attitude if i was ready for my order. I said yes amd got up, then the power trip comes amd they tell me to comfirm the order like everywhere else does. Then woth more attitude im told i have to pull up the map. I responded with a “i know” then the employee wants to claim i have a attitude. Thats hilarious, wouldnt have gotten one if i wasnt given one. The manager joined in with attitude of her own, cant wait to go back next time, ill be killing them with kindness. Uber drivers beware, this isnt the first time ive had this issue with this location but its definitely the most egregious. Ladies if you dont want attitude dont give it. Idgaf if its your time of the month, you hate your job or are jist depressed. Uber drivers are people too and i always give respect unless it not givin amd this the 3rd or 4th time ive gotten attitude or disrespect from this location. Crazy i have no issues with little road and im asked to confirm everytime. If your miserable dont take itb o ut on me im just doing my job as well

We did a mobile order at about 2pm on a Saturday.
We got 4 blizzard, some fries, and onion rings.
Everything was out quickly and the cooked items seemed extremely fresh.
Everything tasted great!
Miss Georgia was running around like she had 5 arms. She was so quick and handling everything like a pro.

Waited 51 minutes in the drive-through for a simple chicken strips and french fries order. Manager gave me the stupid excuse that everything is made fresh. The girl at the window lied to me and said they were only two people working. There’s like seven or eight people inside working. Would not recommend going to this place at least not through the drive-through.

The place seems clean. That’s about the only positive thing. The quality and service of this place seems to be declining more and more. You will wait forever for your food and if you go through the drive thru you will park and have to wait and not even receive the correct items. God forbid you question the owner/manager about a missing item. He won’t even apologize and will act like your lying. The food you do receive will not match the menu and will taste like garbage. If it were up to me I would stop going but unfortunately my kids love it. Even there blizzards aren’t good anymore. Oh and if you want extra dressing that’s an extra .30. Absolutely ridiculous. How this place still open I have no idea. I will attach a screenshot of the salad I ordered and what I actually received. It consist of one chicken strip, no bacon, and barely any cheese and your only allowed one dressing. Going to try and convince my daughters to go elsewhere as I really don’t want to waste my money here anymore. Sorry but this place is an absolute joke.

I went to Dairy Queen two nights in a row and both times my order was messed up. I asked for a bacon burger, and when he repeated it as a number 5, I corrected it and said “bacon deluxe,” and he still didn’t listen. Then I asked for a sugar cookie Blizzard and ended up getting peppermint bark, which I didn’t want at all.

The second night I ordered a cookie dough Blizzard with Reese’s cups mixed in, and there were no Reese’s in it—just plain cookie dough. It’s frustrating because they repeated the order back to me, but nothing came out right either time. It was just annoying and disappointing. Also both nights they were busy talking to each other then focusing on what they should be doing

Zero customer service. They should be reported.Walked in at 2 o’clock and waited for seven minutes. There was absolutely no one at the counter and no one visible in the kitchen. There were two other guys and another couple coming in while one of the employees was outside talking on her phone eating ice cream.

Was my first visit here , had the bacon deluxe cheeseburger and a mocha brownie mudslide blizzard. Food was awesome,fresh and on point ! I will definitely be back!!
