Fast & friendly atmosphere. It’s been a while since we went to DQ mainly because the Crystal River location sucks. But this location was definitely much more refined and not as many teens working there. Overall it was a great experience.

Was at the park by the train depot today with twin 4 1/2 year olds. Went to this DQ with them at 10:40 Am and both kids wanted ice cream and food. Walked in only to be told their dining area was not open and could we go through the drive through instead. In a word, NO! Will never go back again.

This DQ has had it’s issues, mostly with my order of Honey BBQ tenders coming with zero sauce on them, lol, that’s happened literally about 7 times. The people that work here are very nice every time though, just sometimes they forget stuff. ♀️

I originally Grubhub’d my order, was a 6 pcs tender meal with onions rings and fries,I received a 3 pcs tender meal with cold fries. I called and spoke with someone named Joe. Said he would replace. Just to a few days I got to get said meal, the girl at the counter made it seem like I was trying to get free food. I received my food ask my husband to get the sauces (she didn’t ask if I wanted any when I ordered.) she said normally I would charge you but I will give it to you this time(tenders should come with sauces). After finishing I went for desert, advertising cheesecake blizzard. Sounded delicious, but they were out a cheesecake, pretzels. Why not take it off the menu( it’s digital for a reason) Felt like was in Africa with all the flies flying by around the restaurant. Overall restaurant wasn’t very clean and there was literally no one in there. Thought I would give them another try. Maybe Lady Luck wasn’t with me those days. But she wasn’t with me today either. Today I Grubhub the food again. Order said it would be here 5:25 driver didn’t pick up order til almost 5:45. My food sat in the heater for 20mins when the driver asked if it was made fresh. She was told it just came up. My tenders were cold and hard onions lost most of the crunch. Even my milk container was soft and warm. If you going to be in the customer service industry make sure it’s actually for the customers. Would not recommend ordering from here especially through a delivery service.

After spending about $50 for 4 people one of my kids wanted only ketchup on their cheeseburger. After waiting for our food they got none.I had ketchup along with everything on my sandwich.When I asked for ketchup I was told they had none available at the restaurant.I asked for ranch instead they told me I would have to pay more for ranch.They knew I was upset and did not seem to care at all. I will not be back. If I want DQ I will drive out of town to Brooksville where they do care and you can taste the difference.

We were in drive thru and ordered a limited blizzard and a medium hot fudge sundae. The line behind us was getting very long. Got to drive thru window and they had us for somebody else’s order. They didn’t even have our order to make up. I had to remember which one I ordered and explained what my husband ordered atleast three times. Finally someone else came to window and had to take our order all over again. My Oreo chocolate was like a milkshake when I received it, but husband’s was ok. There was only 2 cars infront for inside ordering. We definitely will not be going back. Either general manager has to make sure they are covered all times at this establishment or stay themselves up infront in helping. I was a GM at one time and covered all my bases. These 2 employees at the window had no glue what was happening.

This was really expensive for a hot fudge sundae. It was basically a cup of ice cream with barely any hot fudge on it. I had to pay $.73 extra for whip cream that they barely put any on. I will not be coming back here very disappointing.
