All I can say is WOW NEVER EAT HERE!!!! You will get sick the place is so dirty!! There are no clean tables and the people are so rude!! I can’t believe Ft. Myers Beach owns this place and is proud of it!! It also took 45 minutes for the worst food to be served!! What a shame!! They really need new management and I don’t know how they keep their doors open!

Only reason i could not rate DQ here higher is because of bathroom. They are making allot of money long lines constantly. Why not take care of the bathrooms? DQ blizzards were great like always. Very kid friendly and just few steps away from the beach. Parking is always tough in this area.

I hate The service here and i found Hair on my food and i was just so disgusted by it. Also as i was Waiting for The food i saw a dead roach and that made me felt even more disgusted . So i asked for my money back and The gave it to me. Thank god . Im never going to this place Again.

By far the worst, grossest and customer service ignorant location I’ve ever been too. The staff was unpleasant and un-engaging. Barely saying hello, the two men that were staffing this location were dirty looking, with sweaty hats and just looked in general unclean. The guy that handled the money did not wash his hands and then made our cones. Paying for a med dipped cone, he presented a baby sized one that was dripping both ice cream and the coating down the sides and over his hands. The second guy was no better Ana they forgot to hand us what we thought should be a thick milkshake, however it was more like a heavy cream or milk. The location itself was dirty and had no handles to open the men’s bathroom door. I would never revisit this location as it’s probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been into. Even when considering outdoor vendors or fast food trucks, and that I’ve travelled to places like China, mostly any other place I’ve been too serving food was nicer and cleaner in nature. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this location and Dairy Queen Corp should be addressing this franchise because it looks terrible on them too.

I was at the Dairy Queen at Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We were stopping there after riding out bikes, last day of our vacation. We order our food then realize we wanted something else. My boyfriend orders this other food & the cashier was a little confused then blurred out to her friend that she was “retarted” in front of my autistic brother. However, he is on the high functioning spectrum he was extremely offended. This is stuff we deal with from friends, did not expect we would hear on vacation from a couple of girls from Dairy Queen. We then wait for our food & she slams the window in our face & slide a refund paper underneath because she said she did not want to serve us. This is highly unacceptable! I do understand she was not cussing but she definitely needs to be more professional when talking especially around younger kids. As well as the poor customer service, because not only was he offended about the word he also didn’t get his food. I would like to know how this could be corrected & know this is not going to happen to more kids/ adults. We have came to Dairy Queen everyday on our vacation, it’s really upsetting we got treated this poorly.

Be aware of this location. Long wait to get the order done. I was the only one at the restaurant. Food doesn’t look any closer to what supposed to be. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and all i got was two toast of Texas toast not the bun supposed to be for this sandwich, no cheese, previously cooked bacon. I didn’t even got a bite from it. It looked disgusting. I was already home when I discovered my disappointment. My kids hot dog was old and was sitting there for a while probably. The rest of my order was ok and tasted good. But will never visit this location for food again.

DO BETTER DQ!!! The cleanliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired! No one uses gloves and not a hair net in sight! The cashier not only handles cash with dirty, bare hands but also touches the top of your cup as well as the lid. There is a musty smell that permiates the air and the place is generally filthy. Our order was completely wrong; wrong sandwiches, no fries and the bacon that we didn’t order…smelled spoiled. On a positive note, the ice is very cold and it’s steps from the beach.

The service was quite slow and unpleasant, the facility and bathrooms were dirty (moreso than you would expect, even when it’s by a sandy beach). My burger bun was scorching hot I had to let it cool (seemed like a frozen bun that had been microwaved too long as it was incredibly moist and steamy. It was just an all around poor experience and kind of a dumpy place. Too hot inside.
