The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable ♡ We were the only people dining in and it was getting late. They were very friendly, not rude or upset by our late arrival. We appreciate them so much. They should be very proud of their staff.

Very nice, professional, caring, did an outstanding job, plus did another cake to be picked up the next day. The dipped cone was excellent. Cake slid, but it was prettier than that. My daughter hid her birthday because she did not want to share. She’s on a Dairy Queen ice cream cake frenzy.

All I came here for was a blizzard- but I talked myself into a meal. I got the 3 piece chicken strip basket, and an oreo brookie blizzard to replace the sundae. My food was ready within 8 minutes (there was a few orders ahead of me, drive thru was going strong too), everything was hot, my blizzard was excellent as well. The service was outstanding! I’ll be back!

10/20/2025 Bought a strawberry milkshake…It was watery and this was not the first time…How hard is it to freeze the ice cream before making the milkshake…DQ supposed to be the top dog when it comes to frozen treats I thought…Never know what you may get….And these milkshakes are not cheap.

Went to this location and the black lady at the window was very nasty and rude. When she told me the total, I tried to hand her the card so she could process the payment but she was doing something else so I patiently waited until she got finished and told me the total again in a very unpleasant tone. After the payment was processed, I snatched the card and the receipt out of her hand in retaliation because don’t nobody get an attitude with me. Just take my card when I seek to hand it to you the first time and process the payment and be done. Don’t nobody have time for attitude. Never again will I patronize this location. The receipt said Miranda, the person who served me at the window, but again, it was a black lady with long eyelashes. I should have gotten her name. If a corporate number can be provided, that would be awesome. When I patronize businesses, I expect to be respected and treated like an adult. If I am treated less than an adult, people can expect the same treatment to come back to them. Those are just my true thoughts. Have a wonderful day!

The woman at the window via the drive-thru was very unfriendly. We were given our food without a bag or a single word from her, besides the total of our food, which isn’t uncommon when dealing with any fast food service. Also, sometimes you don’t know when to pull off, especially if the employee doesn’t offer you farewell. We figured it out once she closed the window in our faces. Not returning. The food was warm, which was pleasant but overall, it was a 3 out of 10.

My experience was awful. I didn’t like how my ice cream was presented. I ordered my strawberry sundae and had some caramel at the bottom of the cup. The customer service was absolutely rude. No thank you? no how you doing? no thank you for coming? I didn’t get no napkins. They was playing and laughing talking amongst themselves no food service gloves on at all. The young lady at the window had her hair just blowing in front of a fan and scratched her head before handing us our sundaes. All the employees need to be retrained and learn customer service skills.
