Absolutely sucked. One SMALL blizzard took 30 minutes with no rush at all. 5 total people in the building eating and one in drive thru. People in the back asking me what my order is instead of reading the board in their face and not doing their job at all. Guy in the front working his but off with no help.

Friendly enough initially, but after a decade of going here and watching the town grow, the growing pains are showing in constantly rotated staff and lack of training. Got overcharged, that was ok, then asked if I wanted the 1$ difference mattered when at the drive thru terminal I was told a 4$ difference and couldn’t get the receipt for my order. Got the wrong dipping sauce and ketchup packets tossed bare handed onto the food instead of separate in the bag. The cooks did good, food was fresh and the order was made correctly when they gave me the correct food. Overall, food still came out good, but the customer facing crew needs more training and to relax a little bit when busy. It’ll be okay guys lot of us have been in your place when we worked similar jobs.

TLDR; They gave me half a cup of vanilla ice cream under my blizzard.
We went last night after football practice for some ice cream like we do just about every Tuesday. I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard. They gave me the wrong blizzard which I noticed immediately because it had chocolate and not cheesecake. I don’t like chocolate. So my husband took it back in and they replaced it with the right one. I only ended up eating about half and decided to throw it in the freezer and finish it after lunch today. Literally the whole bottom of the cup is plain vanilla ice cream, which I didn’t make it to last night. I paid for a blizzard and only got half of one, love that for me.

Prepare to wait a LONG TIME. Long time before ordering, and long time waiting for your order to be ready. Did dine in, never brought us our food. Had to go to register to get our food, and it was just sitting there getting cold.
My meal didn’t even come with lettuce, yet there was two small pieces of lettuce on the burger?
Your employees seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing most of the time, please do better for future customers visiting, because I am sure not coming back to this location.

Went twice over the weekend being in town for a softball tournament. The first time they were out of several popular basic menu items, strawberry for example. Te second time we called to verify they had product, they did it was great. These 2 times the customer service was excellent! Way beyond typical fast food service! The last time we went on the way out of town, they had product. The food was good. The girl at the window had the worst attitude and was so rude! She has no business working in customer service! This was about 330 pm on Sunday dec 14th!

Somehow the ice cream machine “breaks” early every night. Was even told on a few occasions they are out of ice cream hahahahah. This crew is a joke. I was the only one in the place, nobody in the drive thru either. It still took over 15 minutes to get an item made. 14 minutes of standing around talking. 1 minute to make my item. Get these teenagers out of job please so we can enjoy Dairy Queen again. ASAP

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I came here to get my kids some ice cream, I ordered a M&M blizzard and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. I travel 15 minutes home give the kids the ice cream to find out the “Cookie Dough” is actually Reese’s Peanut Butter and my kid is severely allergic. I called and spoke to Anthony (the manager) trying to be understanding as things happen, and he told me to come back in and I can get a replacement for the blizzard. I travel another 15 minutes to this Dairy Queen trying to get the ice cream for my kid before she gets out of urgent care and when I go I am greeted by this egotistical employee named Richard. Slumped over the counter asking “what can I get ya” is very unprofessional especially since I just mentioned I came previously and you guys injured my child. When I ask for the manager he points and says he just passed you. Out the door. Thinking he would go grab his manager he makes me go and chased down Anthony to help and accommodate my needs. This place is a joke, not only did they get my order wrong, injure my child, be disrespectful, I still left without ice cream . I went to the Sonic down the street instead. The manager needs to hold his employees accountable but how can I expect that when he didn’t do anything to help either . 15 minutes there 15 minutes home 2x? An hour for nothing. Throw the whole establishment away.

After a doctor’s appointment the wife and I decided to swing by dairy Queen to pick up dinner. After paying at the window I was asked to fool around to the other side of the building that they had a fresh batch of french fries cooking and handed me my drinks.
So I pull around to the other side of the building.
Several minutes later the girl comes out with our food and has to go back in for straws for our drinks. I said thank you and backed out of my space and we proceeded home.
When we got to the exit of the dairy Queen property the wife reached in for a couple french fries and they were merely warm.
I’m sorry but a fresh batch of french fries will nearly burn the skin off the inside of your mouth.
I’m not sure what happened there but I feel like we got some cold fries that were meant to be mixed in with the fresh ones.
All I ask is that you do better next time.

Used to be one of the better DQs but now the food is hit and miss. The girl in the drive thru at 1:15 on 1/5/2026 had an attitude as well. So much for making DQ great again!
