One of your staff members was eating fries off the bagging station while bagging food (not sure if they were from someone’s order or had fallen on the trays). No one was wearing gloves. There was paper in my hamburger and the bacon was more like a pile of goo. Went back and you were closed for the night. I would like to be refunded since I obviously did not eat this. Thank you.

Love DQ. Had a couple cheeseburgers and fries. And of course a Heath blizzard! Fries were awesome but the burgers nominal. Service was a bit slow but everything was hot and fresh that way.

We went late, with a large order. The dining room was closed, but the drive thru was still open. The cashier at the window was polite and friendly. The workers I could see behind her were working quickly to get our order together, with no fuss or grumbling (except for the guy that was stopped from completing his closing cleaning tasks to help on the grill, but I completely understand why he was unhappy). My order (for 7 people, including desserts) was completed quickly and with no issues. Thank you for the great service.

The young lady named D that was working the windows was very rude. She places our order wrong charged us for an extra meal and acted as if it was our fault! Said her manager wasn’t their and she would be back! We told her it was fine! Yet she still continued to be rude claiming we needed not to snatch the stuff out of her hand we are in a low car she wasn’t even reaching or trying to be polite.
