I stopped by this Dairy Queen and waited at the counter for more than five minutes without anyone offering to help. I was the only customer inside waiting for service. Several employees looked directly at me and only one briefly said someone would be with me soon. No one followed through.
I finally decided to leave. As I reached the door someone suddenly called out “Welcome to Dairy Queen, can I take your order?” It was too late. The service already made a clear impression.
There are plenty of places that actually want customers. I will be going to those from now on.

Waited for 45min in their drive through just to be told they didn’t have food and could only get blizzards and then took another 30 minutes to make them…. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to be.
It’s not my favourite place to grab ice cream from as it’s way too sweet, and even if I take the smallest serving, it’s still too sweet to finish.

Unexpected surprise. Atmosphere was great! Food was hot and delicious. The fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. Got the Sunday and had it after the meal. It was good too! This will be added to my stops in Madison off I-20. Definite due over.

I am always pleased with this Dairy Queen location, even though they are short staffed,the customer service is always friendly,and the food is always great. When other restaurants near them are ran poorly,this restaurant has remained awesome. The ,and onion rings are fresh and and hot. And they double check your order before bagging it.
