Awful. The young lady never smiled. The onion rings were so overcooked you couldn’t bite through them. My double cheese had wrong buns and no condiments. And v we waited ten minutes for a small order.

Our order was correct, prompt, hot and fresh. My only complaint is, I dropped a straw on the floor as I was walking out food to the table and the cashier picked it off the floor and put it with all the other straws at the drink station. That’s very unsanitary.

I have to say, they really stepped up their game at this DQ! It has a new feel to it which really makes it more comfortable and relaxing. The music isn’t disturbing and has a low volume, which is great! They are fast to clean up areas and keep the place tidy. Service time for the food was also speedy. Overall, this is a great place for a bite!

As a general practice, my boyfriend and I usually have about 2 large Turtle Pecan Cluster blizzards a week. We work all over South Georgia and North Florida…..and see a LOT of Dairy Queens! ALL DAIRY QUEENS ARE SLOWER THAN CHRISTMAS. BUT, by far, tonight we were served the BEST blizzards we have ever eaten at the Swainsboro, Ga store. I tried to call back to tell them myself, but couldn’t get through….so I hope this reaches them!!! Job well done guys!

Went to get just two drinks through the drive through and the guy had his headset on and he was steadily talking about customers. Tried to get his attention multiple times and he would not pay attention that I was even speaking to him as if he had taken his headset off.
