Everyone was standing around lazily. First they didn’t mark the coke from the Dr. Pepper. The dr.pepper tasted like cherry coke, and my daughter’s sprite tasted like 80% water. Then we get the sundaes, they looked like they were pre-made and pulled out of a freezer to top with the hot fudge. Then we get out meals if you can call it that. There was barely any fries in the chicken tender box. When I went in to ask if that was the correct amount the guy took my box and said it’s the amount that goes in a small container, I will show you. He goes to the back. A girl comes back out with my same box. The guy had just grabbed my fries and put them in a small container for fries. It was not nearly the correct portion but they decided they were right. Needless to say I left with crappy service, crappy food that wasn’t even the size of portion my 3 year old nephew could get full on. RUDE! I see why the DQ’s are getting shut down.

Ordered a medium dipped cone. Was handed a cone with ice cream leaning so hard to one side it had already cracked the chocolate and ice cream was running down the side over her hand. I explained I couldn’t eat it…… not only because it was about to fall off the cone but she had ice cream running down her hand. She said it was fine and I said I didnt want it like that. I expected her to offer to make another one, a refund or another menu item. She didn’t offer anything. I will not be going back.

This dairy queen is different than any other dairy queen I’ve ever got food from. It’s horrible. The food is cold & rubbery. I got a bacon cheeseburger. It was cold, wet, & dripping with a rust colored liquid that turned out to be hotsause. It was soaked in it. So hot i couldn’t eat it. One bite set my mouth & stomach on fire. It was so wet with it that it wasn’t fit to eat anyway. This is the second time I’ve got bad food from there. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but it evidently wasn’t. It’s just bad food. Who drowns a cheeseburger with hotsause? Especially without notice or asking. I don’t know if that’s standard there or if the employees thought it would be funny? It wasn’t.

Restaurant looks run down. Purchased a mocha moo latte and ended up getting Carmel with massive chunks of ice in it. When I asked the manager she argued with me and basically shrugged her shoulders.

Food was awful and overpriced! We couldn’t eat it. The chicken in the chicken baskets was over breaded, cold and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I just spent $70.00 at this place. The only thing I didn’t throw away was the ice-cream. Don’t get the chicken!!

EVERYTIME I come here to order the chocolate dipped ice cream it’s ALWAYS TERRIBLE!!! I have never in my life wrote a BAD review but this is just unbelievable . The workers are also very unprofessional. Hiram is far better than them . I’m very disappointed and will not be returning .

Went to have a nice banana split Sunday evening. When we received it the bananas were bad. Asked for a better one and they first were going to charge me for it. Once I received the second one ot was the same they had just put more whip cream over it. I just pulled the bananas out and ate the icecream. Terrible customer service, terrible food.
