Update 7/22 – I did reach out as requested below and as of today there has been no resolve for review posted below. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a DQ. I found a balled-up piece of straw paper in my French fries — and I had already eaten some before noticing it. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. I called the store right away to speak with a manager and was told to call back tomorrow. No apology, no concern, no refund. This shows a total lack of food safety and customer care. I won’t be coming back, and I highly recommend others think twice before eating here.

I visited here a few times, mostly because short wait and convenience. Each time I’m not really impressed. This last visit may be my last. I specifically asked for no tomatoes. And they found the thickest slice they could. The lettuce was also mostly chunks, not leaf or shredded. The whole sandwich looked sad. After taking off the tomato and several chunks of lettuce, the sandwich did taste good. The fries were good and fresh. The guy behind the counter seemed like I burdened him just placing an order, but that’s fast food now days.

Usually the service is great, food comes as ordered, and everything is fresh!! Recently I ordered my meal and three chicken tender kids meals, and was given complete garbage!! NOT A SINGLE TENDER… nothing but overly battered pieces of chicken so hard my kids couldn’t eat it!! When I called I wasn’t allowed to speak to management, and I was told in order for anything to be done I must return the food!! I wouldn’t have minded at all if I lived close or would return soon, but it was completely offensive!! They STOLE $17 from me for those kids meals and I had to order food elsewhere!! While I didn’t save the garbage they served my kids to bring back I’ll add the picture of the rocks they called chicken!! AVOID ORDERING CHICKEN TENDERS HERE, AND GOD FORBID YOU EVER NEED THEM TO FIX YOUR ORDER!!

Don’t like this location! The ice cream has no flavor. My banana split toppings were watery. It was close and I wanted ice cream BUT I was more disappointed than satisfied.

After finding multiple hairs in my wife’s gravy. We called and complained atleast 20 times. I called from my cell phone 5 times and 5 times from house phone from 8-9. After calling back to try and get my meal replaced the owner was terribly rude and refused to replace the meal and said that it was my fault that I should of called. Me and my other half work as general managers in fast food we know there are customers that complain about anything and everything so we do our best to not complain at all but in this situation he should of apologized and just offered to remake the 8$ meal and they wouldn’t get picture proof that they have hair all in their food. If you eat here Please check your ice cream and your food they don’t/nor care to wear covers for facial hair. I’d be shocked if this is the only thing that’s wrong with their food tbh. Please for your family’s health do not eat here

Stopped by the drive thru and I ordered a “Mini Oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream”. Got to the window and paid and the guy handed me a “Medium Oreo signature blizzard with vanilla ice cream and fudge”. I told the guy this wasn’t what I ordered and told him what my order was, miscommunication happens and I wasn’t upset about it, but his response to me telling him that wasn’t my order was him gaslighting me. He’s like “you ordered a medium” and I told him, I did not, I ordered a mini Oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream. And he looked at me crazy and said “well I already made it”. And I showed him the cup and told him this it vanilla ice cream and fudge that I don’t want, I just wanted chocolate ice cream and Oreos in a mini. And so I just told him to give me a refund because of the attitude and the back and forth. Then he took my ice cream and walked away without saying anything. Then a woman and 2 other men came and was staring at me mad hard, and the lady helped me get a refund. But I feel like this really could have been avoided with a simple, “oh my bad I thought I heard a medium, let me fix that for you”. Honestly there’s a DQ 10 minutes down the street, save yourself the trouble.

Women’s Dairy Queen real quick to get a couple Slaw Dogs was disappointed to find out that they discontinued the item. Didn’t have a hunger for anything else so after thanking the lady for letting me know they no longer carry the product I made a hasty Retreat for the exit

They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Everything you expect to get at a fast food restaurant. I gave it a 3 star on food because, let’s face it, it’s fast food.. it’s not quality ingredients or quality food. You get what you put in .. but nobody expects gourmet food at a drive through, so I still gave an overall 5 stars because I received everything I expected.

I asked for a cheesecake blizzard and there were nuts in it. I’m allergic. Asked for a new one but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Food contamination and bad customer service.
