Literally the Best DQ burger and fries I ever had! Perfectly wrapped and my #9 cheeseburger and fries looked EXACLTY like the menu. It was made on a clean grill and fries were made in clean fresh oil, you can tell by the color and taste as for the burger. Service was excellent, brought my meal to the table, came and asked if everything was OK, and offered to take my tray. Plus the area was nice and clean. Thank you, that was refreshing after driving for 12 hours.

This is one of the best place i had been… Even Police Officers, Army people since there is also close by Naval stations all stop by.. This is close to Hardeeville, SC … i believe Originally it is owned by canada but they have an office in MN state for customer service.
This was a great place for Cheese Fries- really well done.
If you like ice cream too -these are places once should get to see on the way to travel… person name sounds like Asian India Vidhya – not sure if they are from india when i stopped by yesterday – May 2nd 2019 …since this is what it tells in the receipt, but it does not tell the store Id nor the street address- it took me long to find the location even though this is long due to send them a good note – they deserve it.
have pictures of what they do too – this happened on Thursday lunch hours between 1 to 2 or 2:30 pm approximately.

Update on 4/21/23:
~ Gave this Dairy Queen a second chance and glad I did. Night and day difference between the 2 visits. Staff was very nice and very quick with my order. Food was hot and blizzard was cold. Manager/shift leader was on the ball making things happen. Great job fixing previous concerns. Will be back and happy to recommend again ~
Ordered a blizzard and it came with stale pretzels. Took it back to counter to exchange for a different blizzard and was told they couldn’t do an exchange and they would have to charge for a new blizzard. Terrible customer service. Refused to make it right. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

DISGUSTING PLACE. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. SEE PHOTOS. Place was filthy. A cleaning bucket was next to the cashier station. Staff unfriendly and disorganized. The staff were unkept and appeared messily dressed. We waited in line for about 10 minutes with only one person in front of us. We left without ordering and I am glad we did.

I recently started frequenting this place again, and the food has been great. The only issue I have is the disorganization. I placed an online order, and it wasn’t ready when I got there. Granted they didn’t have the chicken to make it..so I had to get it substituted, which is fine. But I kept having to go back to the counter because I was missing food, I was dealing with 3 different associates, and they were all over the place. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to get all my food for an order that should’ve been a quick carry-out. The service isn’t as welcoming. You walk up to the counter and they just look in your face and wait for you to speak. Lol. Anyways, the food has always been great though. Just make sure you check your bag to make sure your food is right and you have all of it, because they’re a bit disorganized.

Love their hamburgers! I always go through the drive-through. It is not as fast as other fast food places, but I don’t mind the wait during busy lunch periods. The staff is always very friendly, and the kitchen looks clean (I can see through the drive-through window).

Ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. Was handed a cup with vanilla ice cream and cookie dough only. I order this at other Dairy Queen’s quite often. I told the guy that it’s supposed to be vanilla ice cream, cookie dough, and fudge blended together and he was literally arguing with me telling me I was wrong. I looked up ingredients on the website, and what do you know, I was right. My advice to the managers, make sure your employees know how to make each item. AND be willing to correct things that are made incorrectly. 04/06/24

Placed an order through the DQ app for pickup inside the store. At the time we were about 20 minutes out. I got the order confirmation and went to go pick it up.
When I got inside the store though there was no record of my order there, even though I confirmed that I was at the right address and that the order indeed was placed and paid for. After much back and forth I finally did receive my order but I wasted 25 extra minutes in the store.
The blizzards I ordered were already starting to melt before I even made it out of the store and leaked all over me and my car during the 5 minute trip home…
