i just wanted to say how amazing my experience was with lilly. she was so sweet and friendly from the moment i pulled up. she had such a positive attitude and made me feel genuinely welcome. it’s not every day you meet someone who brings that much energy and kindness to their job. she was patient, helpful, and made sure my drink was perfect. you can tell she really cares about the customers. employees like her are the reason i’ll definitely keep coming back!

Pulled up all the way to the window, was ignored by the the staff member. Drive thru was packed with customers and the other staff member taking orders went to every car behind us. Drove off without ordering or anyone speaking to us. Its 12:45pm on a Sunday. Specific to Niceville location. Crestview would never. Do better.

I’ve always loved this coffee shop since it opened, but one time I had a 25 yuan gift card, and because their machine couldn’t scan it when I bought coffee, they gave me a hot coffee and took my gift card away. That’s incredibly unreasonable! It was the first time I used my card, and they said they couldn’t scan it without giving me a reasonable explanation before taking it away. I’ll never come back

We came through the drive thru 2 days after the brew buddies were supposed to be given. We knew it was a long shot to ask but the “worse” thing they can say is no. When we asked our drive thru attendant she said she had some in her purse… when she came back she handed us 3! I did not catch her name but she should 100% be recognized for her kindness. I will forever remember her face.

Service used to be great! Now… not so much. It seems like each time go, it’s a little worse than the time before. I sat in line yesterday for nearly 20 mins… finally get to the front and no one knows what I ordered. Didn’t even ask me, just ran around looking for a coffee. Finally came back to me and asked when what I had.. still couldn’t find it. All while toms of people are waiting behind me and the left lane is moving right along. Finally I just drove off. Sorry Starbucks for venturing off..

The employee immediately asked for a phone number, not even a name, horrible customer service, switched up two of our drinks and when handing our drinks he didn’t go out the door closest to my car window, but went out the other door and told us to pull up more. Overall could’ve been a much better customer experience with service. I will not be returning

Yo I literally LOVE 7 Brew everyone that works there is sooo nice and makes you feel like fam. The drinks? Chef’s kiss. Always perfect, always hits the spot. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Honestly my new favorite spot and I’m obsessed. ☕✨
