This is by far the best Dairy Queen ever. I’ve been extremely disappointed with every other DQ in the area because their menu options are so limited and the ice cream tastes old. This Dairy Queen is like the Supercenter of all Dairy Queen’s. They have a wide variety menu, and the food comes out tasting fresh every time. Also the service is amazing, it seems like a family and everyone is so warm.

Service was amazing. We were passing through on a road trip and needed a chocolate pick-me-up. It was super busy, but the manager was so sweet and handled the influx smoothly. Very impressed.

I ordered a blizzard cake and the dark blue icing dye leves stains on mouth and hands if touched which cutting the cake.. it took a lot of soap and cream to clean hands, and blue got on my counter Just be aware when cutting near a white counter. Awful!!The woman who helped me could have let us know. Food photos are from previous visit, I feel they improved since.
1 year- Older: Beware of semolina in the lettuce here. I was modified when I noticed brown on my lettuce and opened the bun. This is the old, black, soggy lettuce you serve your customers? My son had stomach pains after eating here. I can not prove it’s from here, but I’m suspect. Unexceptional and wouldn’t feed a dog this. I really like DQ, so management, do your job! See lettuce photo.

We went through the drive through and ordered ice cream. The cashier said the total was $11.53. I handed her a $20 and said oh and I have the change. She said it will round up. I said I have exact change. She said we don’t deal with pennies. She pointed to a “Now hiring” sign. I said I will pay with my card. When she gave us the ice cream I told her the sign says now hiring. She said we have it posted somewhere. When did it become OK to round up to avoid pennies? I get they are no longer being produced but are still in circulation. So extra pennies are just profit now?

I am a handicapped senior citizen and have found this Dairy Queen location outstanding in customer service and quality of food. Brandy and Kerrina are outstanding employees in their customer service and highly knowledgeable of products. They care about customers in showing patience and kindness. A wonderful place.

Terrible experience with this Dairy Queen location. I called ahead and spoke to a manager to let them know the chocolate option wasn’t available on the DoorDash app. I go to this location often, so I know they serve chocolate. The manager assured me—twice—that two of the three orders would be chocolate. I placed the order at 8:35 PM. It didn’t arrive until 9:40 PM—over an hour later. By then, everything was a mess. The ice cream had melted completely and was basically soup. We ended up just throwing it in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable. Poor communication, slow service, and ruined food. I expected better from a place I visit regularly. Won’t be ordering delivery from here again.

We stopped by Dairy Queen with my husband and daughter, and had such a great experience! Andy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, patient, and had such a great attitude — it really made our visit extra enjoyable. The food came out fast and fresh, and my daughter was thrilled with her treat. It’s always nice to be met with a smile and great service, and Andy definitely delivered that. We’ll definitely be back!

Might as well ordered vanilla ice cream because that’s all I got when ordering an Oreo blizzard. There’s nothing even in the center or bottom of the cup but plain vanilla ice cream. Then instead of handing my ice cream over when I gave her the cash she held it hostage and dropped my change when handing it over with no apology.
