I ordered a birthday cake to be picked up at 3 pm, 1/24/26. I arrive to pick it up & they are closed. The sign, “closed due to inclement weather” It wasn’t raining, snowing or even sleeting, yet they were closed. I called their number & the message says, the mailbox has not been set up. How do you run a business like this? The birthday has already passed & thanks to this Dairy Queen, no cake was had. Took my payment & didn’t have the decency to tell me they weren’t open. My very last visit to DQ! You deserve the rating of 1/2 star. Poor business practice if you want to survive in this world.

4 cars drove through the drive thru without even having their order taken, me included. I was in the line for over 20 minutes and nobody even had their order taken… this is ridiculous and this place needs to have a serious management / staff change because this isn’t just the first time I’ve had problems here.

If I could I’d give no star the employees were so incompetent would not give me my tender that was missing in box but no surprise they didnt count correctly. Would not answer phone to even ask about what they could do so had to drive all the way back for nothing. Also sweet tea was not sweet like I ordered and had to wait for employee to make it when should of been ready they were not busy. Save your money for something better they will waste your time with excuses

I have despised this location for a while decided to revisit and give it a shot. Nothing changed and will not be going back ever again.
I pulled into the drive through with no one else in the establishment but employees. Asked a question about customizing and order and received a half hearted response not even applicable to my question. Employees seemed like they were being punished by being there by tone and attitudes. Pulled up to the window paid and was asked to park and they would bring the food. 20 minutes go by I watch from the car employees talking laughing and dancing around and one even playing the connect 4 game in the dining area. After 25 minutes walked in and asked for a refund and was asked what didn’t I receive on my order. I stated none of it. Cashier apologized while the other employees rolled their eyes and paraded around aimlessly. Finally after 2 attempts I was refunded. I made the mistake of coming back after terrible service/experience. Will not make that mistake a 3rd time.

I order from Uber got the tenders with gravy and no gravy. Not to mention i went couple times before at this location and went to drive thru and was going to order it. They kept telling me we have no gravy. So im done with this location. Never had problems with other dairy queens in texas cause gravy is the thing down there. Also want to say is that coming back with a response saying hope yall give us another chance. Negative once I leave a comment on reviews like golden corral. We haven’t went back there. Also other restaurants as well. I did a bad review on a apartment they literally ask me to call them so I did and we work out a deal so I thats the only way for me. Not just say hey sorry you had bad time with us hope you give us another chance. Ummm no!

Burnt hotdog, mostly cooked shrimp. Ordered bacon double cheeseburger, got single patty no bacon. Only 2 other customers in store, husband went up to request correction, employee walked past 5-6 times completely ignoring him standing at counter with food in his hand. Finally got other employees attention. Got the whole…were short staffed, she’s in training spiel. Then was told rather rudely” i need you to go sit down, I’ll fix it in a minute, I don’t need you standing at the counter waiting: manager seems more intent on schooling the customers about what they can and can’t substitute than actually training the new employee. Dont waste your time. While writing this, we’re still waiting for corrected order. Ridiculous @

Got 2 chicken strip baskets and 2 blizzards. Mobile order, took 20 minutes to give me untoasted bread and fries that would have been crispier if they were microwaved IN a bowl of water. the chicken and the blizzards were fine. Girl behind the counter literally could not care less about anything especially the line/lobby. Lobby was dirty (just to add on) with a plug in heater and a propane heater. Just generally bad.

For the amount of money I spent my kids should not have burgers that are pink, stink and can most definitely make them ill.
On top of that the lady working said to the guy working the register I’m not doing that for you again (I do believe she thought I left because I ordered to go) due to ordering food for my 5 family members. She then proceeds to continue to discuss the amount of food she had to cook.

I came here today and the food was terrible. The fries were way too salty and not crispy at all. They tasted terrible. The chili cheese dog was terrible too. The bun was stale, the chili and the hot dog wiener was not freshly cooked either. I’m avoiding this place for now on.

This is absolutely the last time I’ll visit. After walking in, with absolutely no customers in the store, it took 2 minutes before I even saw a face.
Went down the street to another franchise on a back street. Wow! They were Busy, great food and service!! I’ll never stop at this Dairy Queen again. Get some better management!
