Family owned restaurant that brings very high quality fresh Italian American food along w/ original seasonal specials. By a mile the best pizza and George’s red sauce is great on everything. Staff is friendly and well versed in the menu. My ‘go to’ location w/ my family and friends.

We go here every week for lunch. You can’t beat the lunch specials price! Food and service is always spot on! They also give you fresh rolls with seasoned olive oil to dip! Add a salad to your lunch entree for only $1.50….their Ranch dressing is homemade and delicious!

Food was good with the exception of the spinach in my dish which was very pungent, tasted as if it wasn’t washed and blanched properly. Maybe I’m old-fashioned but in my opinion if you’re going to charge me $6 for a domestic draft beer during lunch, at least give a pint not 12oz.

We came here for lunch and sat outside on their patio. The waitress was very nice and brought us waters immediately. I had the cauliflower crust pizza and a small chopped Greek salad. My buddy had a chicken parm grinder. I have to say they cooked the crust really well and it was better than I had expected. It was very small and that’s normally the size of that kind of item. My salad was quote tasty and I wish I had ordered the large. My buddy seemed to enjoy his sub and it looked very small to me. The prices are very reasonable and they are quick and efficient. Great work.

I have yet to have a bad dish here. My kid swears by the Turkey Club while I like to try different items. I love the Cod with Risotto which is a special that they run. They have great burgers and huge portions on their Fish and Chips. I had a specialty Pizza as well and that was also delicious.

The absolute worst calamari I ever had. I try to rate positively for all reviews, unless it’s truly awful. The 2 portions were the smallest I’d ever seen, and they were very soggy. It’s almost like they took one portion and split them into my two orders. Normally I’d say they were soggy, because it was the steam from the takeout container, but this is the only time this has happened to me with any takeout calamari. And it was only a 3 mile drive, so it’s not like it sat in a steamy container for long. The chopped Greek salad was a little better than the calamari, but this was just terrible overall. Also, half of the fried rings were even calamari, it was fried peppers.

Buona Vita, a hidden gem tucked away on the ocean, proved to be the perfect setting for a romantic evening with my enchanting fiancé.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and an ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Allow me to take you on a journey through the delightful culinary delights we savored at this extraordinary Italian restaurant.

To kickstart our evening, we indulged in a glass of BYOB red wine. Bursting with fruity notes and a touch of blackberry, each sip transported us to the picturesque vineyards of Italy. It was the perfect accompaniment to our adventure-filled evening.

As we settled into our window table, overlooking the vast Atlantic Ocean, our anticipation grew. The first bite of the calamari was nothing short of divine. Fresh, succulent, and lightly breaded, it seemed as though it had been plucked straight from the ocean outside our window. The zesty citrus aromas from the lemon provided a refreshing burst, while the bed of arugula added a delightful twist. We couldn’t help but marvel at the culinary magic happening before us.

Next up was the Branzino fish, a culinary masterpiece that effortlessly embodied the essence of summer. Delicately prepared and served with a white wine reduction, it showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and freshness. The accompanying handcrafted angel hair pasta and artichoke hearts added a harmonious symphony of flavors to this exquisite dish.

Celebrating the Fourth of July with such culinary artistry and my beloved fiancé by my side felt like a dream come true.

One cannot visit Buona Vita without indulging in their handmade penne. Cooked to perfection, each bite revealed a sublime al dente texture that was a testament to their culinary expertise. The rich and creamy vodka sauce gracefully coated the penne, creating a heavenly union of flavors that left us craving for more. It was an indulgence worth savoring, just like the company of my perfect fiancée.

And then, there was the grand finale—the lemon cello cake. For a lover of lemons like myself, it was a slice of paradise. The creamy filling combined with the light and fluffy cake texture sent shivers down my spine. It was an ethereal experience that tempted me to ask for another slice, but instead, I chose to revel in the moment. I raised an extra glass of wine, toasting to love and to the incredible glow emanating from my radiant fiancée. She truly lit up the entire restaurant, a beacon of beauty and joy.

Buona Vita is more than just a restaurant; it’s a culinary haven that captures the essence of romance and culinary excellence. Each dish, from the fruity red wine to the captivating calamari, the sumptuous Branzino fish to the irresistible handmade penne, and the unforgettable lemon cello cake, spoke volumes about the passion and dedication of the talented chefs.

Buona Vita’s is Enfield’s own little hidden gem. A local favorite that’s serving up some seriously delicious Italian. Everything from their appetizers to desserts and pizzas to their pastas is great. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Occasionally they’ll have a Groupon for $30 worth of food for $16, which is a steal so be on the look out for those!

My go-to pizza place! Mouth watering stretchy cheese that melts in your mouth. You can’t go wrong with any size, though a small is perfect to treat yourself! They’re fast, & quality is spot on every-time!

Kid (toddler & picky eater) approved !

Crust is crunchy on the outside but soft to chew. Sauce isn’t too much, but just enough.

Highly recommend !

(If you love Buffalo chicken, add it on as a topping! It’s my second favorite!)

Cool Bloody Mary Bar on Weekends.
The chicken wings were crispy nice and the side hot sauce & blue cheese were just right for dipping. The staff is super friendly. The Clams Casino pizza was very good and loaded with bacon. Warm rolls with dipping EVOO was a nice bonus. The very fresh side salad with the house balsamic was perfect. The Broad Brook drafts are the best.
