I went to DQ earlier today and got two blizzards of the same size (small). The one on the left was $.79 more than the one on the right (due to pb being added) and was only 3/4 of the way filled up. It was the saddest blizzard I have ever seen! That is how it was handed to me (what you see in the pictures). The one with the lid was filled to the top. I mentioned something to the staff member at the window about how low it was and he closed the window like he did not care and hoped I would leave. I was extremely disappointed and am unsure if I will return after that.

When I order a large blizzard, the ice cream should come to the top of the cup, not an inch below the top, otherwise, it’s just a medium blizzard! The first time, I accepted it. The second time, I accepted it. The third time, it made me angry. Come on Denver Dairy Queen, do better.

I have visited three times and all three times the ice cream has been decent, but the service and atmosphere is far under expectations due to how dirty the lobby and restrooms are. Today I shared that the restroom was extremely dirty and the manager upfront shared that she heard from another guest and had not had time to clean it yet. While there I didn’t see anyone go clean the restroom.

I ordered in the drive thru about 2 months ago, and the price she gave me at the window was way higher than the prices on the menu board. She told me that they had recently changed the prices and haven’t updated the menu. It was a good 4 dollars higher for one meal than it should have been. A few weeks later I came back with my boyfriend and the exact same thing happened. She told him the same story, they recently updated prices but not the menu. This time though we didn’t notice until after he paid. So after bringing it up to the manager, her response was “it’s just five dollars.” That is how you feel? That “just five dollars” adds up when you steal from your unknowing customers day after day. That is a shady business practice and they know exactly what they are doing. Plenty of people just pay and don’t think twice about the price difference. They are stealing hundreds of dollars daily from their loyal customers. I will never order from this Dairy Queen again.

This particular restaurant is kept clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food menu is simple with enough choices for a lunch or dinner meal and of course all of the expected Dairy Queen ice cream choices for dessert. Overall this store during my visits has been a positive experience with good service and food/ ice cream. Quick, easy and well priced.

Went to get kids ice cream.. idk why I got fries here. Was best fries I ever had shock me. Two strawberry Sunday was amazing my older daughter killed hers before even got to house my youngest daughter went to sleep with the Sunday in her hand and all over her face.. my banana split was 1 of top three I ever had. I am astonished at what these teens making these cones think is a large. I ordered a large chocolate dipped cone that costs close to $5. I pull up to the window, and I am about to be handed a large cone with a med to a small amount of ice cream on it. I ask it to be remade cause, frankly, that was not a large. They remake the cone, and it’s freeking smaller than the first.. the ice cream doesn’t even cover the base of the cone…when questioned I hear the young man say ” it’s a large cone” well yeah I agree with that but large cone means large ice cream..

Brought our youth group here with 30 students for supper. They were able to take, manage, and produce our order correctly and in a timely manner. Most places usually can’t handle a group that large but they did great! Food and ice cream was good!
